Global warming, global government?

Anytime you get someone on the program with the title of 'Lord' you know you've got a great guest. Monckton has long been a global warming skeptic, and it would seem he's on the right track given the Earth hasn't warmed since that famed hottest year on record. Monckton stopped Al Gore's movie from being played in UK schools, and now is on a mission to stop the agreements in Copenhagen, which appears to be the basis for establishing global governments.
