Looks to me like they only caved to have people appear on Fox News and not much else. Never did say if they were backing off the attacks which I doubt.

I read it the same as you with one exception, they did not cave. They have always had a few of their people appear on FNC and the way I read it was that even though the WH does not consider them a news organization the WH would continue to have a few of their people appear on Fox.
