This guy is a few cards short of a full deck. The video posted elsewhere of the lift off shows he was right there at the time. The sheriff is currently investigating and maybe child protective services will take a look at these folks to see if they placed any of the children in danger with their hauling them out of bed to "storm chase" tornadoes and hurricanes.

Heene and his wife were aspiring actors in Los Angeles who met at an acting school
Oh yeah? Hmmm.
To: CedarDave
The state of California filed a $5,812 tax lien against Heene in 1993, and records show a small-claims judgment of $5,000 was filed against him in Los Angeles County in 2006. County tax liens totaling roughly $2,000 were found in connection to the production company, which is now known as Alternate Reality Productions, according to productionhub.com.He's the perfect democrat as long as he doesn't pay.

Funny how quickly the left-wing media can find information on these two people who are technically nobody’s and can’t find any information on Obama. Well, maybe I should rephrase it to “won’t” find.

Why isn't anyone saying it?
PUBLICITY STUNT???
It couldn't be more obvious!
I think this many should be charged for every expense incurred by the CO county public safety personnel, the State, and the National Guard

The shame of it all is that we were glued here, as it was happening, while we were watching the news. Such sympathy was felt for this young boy and his family. Things like this make people not care about anyone. We will probably be thinking twice, the next time this happens.
I was glued here for an hour. One person kept insisting for us to do the math..this thing couldnt support the kids weight, but we all ignore this persons knowledge. We should have paid him more attention..because he was probably right.
These people are sick..if this was planned. How stupid for them to think a 6 year old innocent baby, wouldnt blow the whistle on them.

The reason the whole family knew the kid wasn’t in the baloon was it was filled with helium, second they knew the basket they made, to hold a passenger, to hang below the baloon was not attached to the craft and finally the kid let the fact slip that it was a “SHOW” meaning it was staged for publicity. Three strikes and they go to jail.

The father was being described as a “retired weatherman” yesterday. No mention of that in this article, which seems to say they’ve spent their time trying to become actors. - I thought he looked too young to be retired from anything.

It's beginning to remind me of that old Harrison Ford movie, Mosquito Coast, where the father is an eccentric inventor and hauls his family off to Central America to build an ice making machine for the primitive Indians.

” A Colorado sheriff’s official says a 6-year-old boy climbed into a box that was attached to a homemade balloon, but the box wasn’t found when the craft crashed.
Kathy Messick, Larimer County sheriff’s spokeswoman, says one of the boy’s brothers saw him get into the box or basket,
which was attached with pegs. “
” Somebody “ told the Sheriff’s Dept that there was a passenger basket attached , with some specificity .
The video clearly shows the parents were obviously aware that no basket was attached.
I find it incredible to believe that the LEO didn’t ask the parents over and over to describe the basket.
The parents must have seen the video on tv -where did they think the kid was hiding ?
The mylar was clearly intact from all angles.
Even at lift off.
Somebody punked the Colorado Sheriff’s Dept
” maybe child protective services “
I didn’t see this, but, my wife said that either the father or one of the neighbors said that
the kids “ were on the roof videotaping “ just before
the balloon took off.

Licko said the Henne family is "a bit" unconventional, but he said he's never felt his three young sons -- Falcon, Ryo and Bradford Falcon, Ryo, and Bradford? Poor kids. I guess I should never again complain about Trig, Track, and Bristol.
