However, except for those pre-inauguration cases, and the very few other cases filed pre-inauguration that named Obama as a defendant, the DOJ/Gov has defended against all eligibility cases (except, of course, where the courts have dismissed the case before the DOJ could enter an appearance).
I'm not aware of any cases that were dismissed before the defense even put in an appearance.
Oh, it's just getting started. 30 days from now when Orly is hauled away in handcuffs for failing to comply with Judge Land's order, the birthers will have their first "political prisoner of the Obama dictatorship" and the fireworks will really go off!
What allegedly actionable thing did he do before becoming President? (Even if the Birther conspiracy theories are true, "assuming the Presidency when he was not legally entitled to the office" is not something he could possibly have done BEFORE being inaugurated. Nor is it illegal to make a bogus run for the office; ask Pat Paulsen.)
The secretary of state of Cal was responsible to put qualified candidates on the state primary ballot. Twice in the past the SoS of Cal removed candidates after their BC’s showed they were not qualified. There is no better way to review the age and natural born qualification than to review the BC. It is non-sensical to conclude that the constitution cannot be enforced by people who’s positions have assigned them to that responsibility and who have taken oaths to supoport and defend the constitution.
You need to break down and read the complaints some time. He's being sued over his eligibilty to be president, an office he currently holds.

It is strange that we have been at this almost a year and people who don’t want the fraud charges heard in court, are still asking basic questions which have been answered for months.
I am not a birther. I have never said where he was born or what the significance of his parent's citizenship was. I have merely asked for the truth to be made known by reviewing the diocuments. Since he refuses to do so, then I support a court or the congress forcing the issue.

So you do not think that the framers of the Constitution used the extant definition of Natural Born Citizen? But instead meant something different than the common usage; however, they did not define that term? That position makes no sense. IF the framers wanted Natural Born to mean something other than how "Natural Born Citizen" was understood at the time they would have used another term or defined what they meant.
To me it makes more sense that they understood "Natural Born Citizen to mean exactly how Vattel used that term. A Natural Born Citizen is one born in the country by parents that are citizens. And Vattel explains why that makes sense. IF only people today were as clear thinking as those in the past.

The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. You birthers invented a definition of natural born citizen that is found nowhere in the U.S. Constitution or any established case law, a definition that Obama couldn't possibly meet and a definition that would render millions of Americans, born and raised here, to the status of second-class citizens.
And now you act incredulous that nobody is buying it? Not Obama's opponents. Not the previous administration. Not the Supreme Court, least of all Chief Justice Roberts who swore Obama in. Nobody is buying your cobbled-together ad hoc definition of natural born citizen that requires both parents to be U.S. citizens. Nobody.

Okay, thanks for clearing up the definition of suspicion. So, it appears that you acknowledge that there is no evidence that Obama is not a natural born citizen, but simply suspicion, just like some have suspicion that space aliens are responsible for the assassination of JFK.
You are frothing at the mouth and sounding really stupid. You started out arguing that you had a "legal right" to know certain things that 0bama refuses to disclose even though he has no obligation under the law to disclose the information in the first place. Now you are arguing that 0bama has a legal obligation preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution (which he does), but that is different from you earlier point.
What does not change, however, is that neither you nor anyone else has the legal standing to seek his removal from office for failing to uphold his Constitutional duties. Your only rights are to (a) petition the House to initiate articles of impeachment; and/or (b) vote the Big Zero out of office in 2012. These are political remedies not judical remedies. And yes, I am willing to take your "bet."
