Isn’t this the same judge who met with the AG Holden before the hearings? At least that is the rumor.

Justice is blind, yea right.

As a national leader in the so-called "birther movement," Plaintiff’s counsel has attempted to use litigation to provide the "legal foundation" for her political agenda. She seeks to use the Court's power to compel discovery in her efforts to force the President to produce a "birth certificate" that is satisfactory to herself and her followers.

Hey does this mean that she now has standing to get the records to debate the Judge.

I defy the Taitz supporters to actually read the order and continue their support.

She is a complete whack job, and richly deserves the sanction.

I read some of this judge's opinion, and I think a fair summary of his thrust is that there is no way to remove an usurper except through impeachment.

He dismisses all armed service personnel concerns with a simple "shut up and serve, even if your orders come from an usurper --- it's up to the Democrats in Congress to do anything, and you cannot come to our courts for relief."

I think now would be an especially appropriate time to donate to Orly (’Donate’ button at the top of http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/ )

Even if she manages to find a non-treasonous judge who hears her appeal, she still needs the money to keep fighting the fight.

Just donated $50 as we speak.

TPM reports ...

Still defiant after months of legal wrangling and, by our count, three written denunciations by federal district court Judge Clay Land, Taitz said she had absolutely no plans to pay the $20,000 fine.

“Are you kidding? Of course not,” she said, asked whether she planned to send a check. “This is a form of intimidation.”

Instead, she plans to file yet another written response (though it’s unclear whether the court will even accept one).

I agree that IF Orly Taitz HAD done that, it WOULD be wrong. But, the complaints are NOT baseless! They ARE based in fact, and upon settled law. cSummary Judgement with prejudice GRANTED for the Defendent!

I’ve been reading all the various opinions by others on this post. I have come to an opinion of my own:

1. Dr. Taitz is not a very skilled attorney and she did go over the top on her rhetoric. However, I am convinced she is sincere and not a flim flam. Like many us, myself included, she needs to reign in her emotions and use more logic.

2. Judge Land is a tyrant that has abused his position. His snide remarks show, that in his own way, his decorum is no better than Dr. Taitz. I respect “law”, I’m really starting to disrepect the legal profession. You lawyers have produced a convoluted system solely for you own sustainment. Too much emphasis by attornies and judges is placed on proceedures and protocol and not enough on fulfilling the intent of law.

This whole mess about not being able to obtain birth documents on a POTUS or to get a court to give a definitive ruling on what NBC means is exasperating to the extreme.
