Regrettably, the conduct of counsel Orly Taitz has crossed these lines, and Ms. Taitz must be sanctioned for her misconduct. After a full review of the sanctionable conduct, counsel’s conduct leading up to that conduct, and counsel’s response to the Court’s show cause order, the Court finds that a monetary penalty of $20,000.00 shall be imposed upon counsel Orly Taitz as punishment for her misconduct, as a deterrent to prevent future misconduct, and to protect the integrity of the Court. Payment shall be made to the United States, through the Middle District of Georgia Clerk’s Office, within thirty days of today’s Order. If counsel fails to pay the sanction due, the U.S. Attorney will be authorized to commence collection proceedings.

OK, the judges are mostly retards.
So, in your estimation, did Obama just decide to risk it all when he ran for office? Did he decide to go for the brass ring knowing full well that if he got found out before the election that his career and name would be tarnished?
Or maybe he realized halfway through the campaign that he wasn’t eligible and decided, “nothing ventured, nothing gained?”

Liable for unvetted, ineligible candidates being put on the ballot. If they didn’t vet him, and took the word of the dnc, and are later proven wrong, (meaning the candidate wasn’t proven eligible) they have to answer to the state, the voters etc.. Don’t know what the consequences would be for them ....hope to find out someday. (even if obama is proven eligible) I bet they wouldn’t let this kind of mess happen again. (if they are smart)

Prior to last year the state of Cal had removed two presidential candidates because their birth certificates showed they were too young to run for president. The birth certificate is part of the best evidence to establish whether or not someone is natural born.
The failure of anyone to vett OB or the other candidates has opened up the system to fraud and corruption. All we need is for the fraud suspect to reveal his documents and we can move on (and I don't mean dot org). The fact that he refuses, means we need a court or someone else (perhaps a burgler) to force him to do so.

I don't know if Biden or Palin or any other Presidential candidate inherited a dual citizenship at birth. Maybe they did. It's a funny thing that no one has ever asked a Presidential candidate if he (or she) had a dual foreign citizenship at birth, until some people started saying it made Obama ineligible.
For instance, Ralph Nader is the son of immigrants. I'd say there's a fair chance he was born with dual citizenship. He's run for President three or four times, and made a pretty substantial impact once. Yet no one ever asked him about his parents' citizenship status at the time of his birth during ANY of those campaigns.
We know he went to an Indonesian school where the school document says he is an Indonesian citizen after he was probably adopted by Soetoro.
That's the same document that says he was born in Hawaii, right?
We know from the words of the Kenyan parliament minutes that they think Obama is "native to the soil" and "son of the land" of Kenya of many other Obama comments that were made by them of Obama being from Kenya, which were transcribed on the 5th of November 2008.
Even assuming they meant "He was born here!" (which isn't what they said at all), why, exactly, would random Kenyan parliament members be a reliable authority on where Obama was born?
We don't know of the whereabouts of Stanley Ann Dunham for 6 months in early 1961 while she was pregnant with Obama.
We don't know the whereabouts of ANY President's mother prior to their births. At least not with any more evidence than we know that Ann Dunham was in Hawaii. I'm not sure I have any proof of where MY mom was for six months before she was born, even though I know where she was. Here we seem to have a standard of proof that's being applied to Obama that's ridiculously far beyond what's ever been asked of a President.
We know that a Detroit radio station on the 5th November 2008 called the Kenyan Embassy who all but admitted to Obama being from Kenya.
And why would some guy Obama had probably never met be an authority on where Obama was born?
We know Obama's paternal grandmother said that Obama was born in Kenya who then was correct or she corrected herself right after she made the comment. Do we believe her that she was telling the truth in former or latter?

Interesting fact, btw. The 'Obama was born in Kenya' rumors started circulating the web in spring 2008. By summer, some people claimed (falsely) that his relatives had claimed to be present for his birth. It took until October 2008 for the conversation with the grandmother to take place, which was the first thing even *approaching* supporting evidence to come out.
In other words, the rumor floated around for half a year with NO evidence. None available then, and none that was subsequently revealed as having been around then. Months upon months of empty, unsubstantiated allegations and rumors, eventually resulting in somebody finally producing something resembling evidence that would support those allegations.
So what evidence do you have that Palin was born in Canada?
I have as much evidence as there was between March and October 2008 that Obama was born in Kenya. And I have a theory that's substantially more probable than an undocumented trip to a third-world nation halfway around the world. Since this rumor's just getting started, it means I have until May 2010 to get somebody to say in a telephone conversation that she was born in Canada (even if they immediately retract it, because that just means they're lying).
Well I will tell you having come from Tulsa were hung out with only Republicans such as Senator Nichols who went to my church and Mayor Inhoffe and many prominent R donors it was always strange to be the only R in a room.
I remember being at a hotel in San Jose with some very high level Dem operatives and significant contributors who had Bill Clinton to their home.
They had asked me what I knew about Bill before his election and I told them he was a legendary womanizer and I didn’t care for him as a man. Not that I disagreed with his womanizing it was the rumors which some Dems in Green Country and Fort Smith generally believed but thought he was just being a man.
I thought his acts were despicable and bullying. I did say that while I disagreed with his politics I was aware of some things in So. Arkansas he allowed or facilitated and I agreed with those at least.
Anyway, you should have seen the screaming and yelling. It was their victory and trust I had to take quite a bit of invective that evening as I still do. But I simply smiled and say what I always say “Enjoy the sun. Seasons change.”
But here we are 20 years later, I still go to parties and see the people that no one here likes and have the usual exchange “Nice to see you. Do we have you on board this years? No? Well maybe next year.”
I enjoy myself at these parties and walk away more convinced each time they are just on a side I am not.
If I had R friends I would go those parties but, the only R’s I know are guys like me and one lady friend.
They probably are lawyers. If I was arguing with janitors or used car salesmen, there might be an occasional flicker of intelligence from their side.
