Regrettably, the conduct of counsel Orly Taitz has crossed these lines, and Ms. Taitz must be sanctioned for her misconduct. After a full review of the sanctionable conduct, counsel’s conduct leading up to that conduct, and counsel’s response to the Court’s show cause order, the Court finds that a monetary penalty of $20,000.00 shall be imposed upon counsel Orly Taitz as punishment for her misconduct, as a deterrent to prevent future misconduct, and to protect the integrity of the Court. Payment shall be made to the United States, through the Middle District of Georgia Clerk’s Office, within thirty days of today’s Order. If counsel fails to pay the sanction due, the U.S. Attorney will be authorized to commence collection proceedings.

You would have a hard time shoving more BS into a sentence if you tried.
The law is that the President be a natural born citizen. It's not that some specific piece of documentation be provided to some specific person to prove it. So we can't just insert our own requirements in and demand they be adhered to by a court.
If existing law doesn't compel the degress of disclosure we want, then we change the law. We don't go to court unless there's actually a case.

John Kerry had whole file maintained by the FBI which was uncovered consisting of nearly 3,000 pages.

No they didn't. Their transcrips were leaked without their permission.
Furthermore, the kind of college records you want for Obama were never released. A simple transcript would not tell you anything about the citizenship status he claimed on his application, or what kinds of financial aid he was receiving. You want his application data, and that's something no president has released.

Actually, they didn't release them. Bush released only his college transcript, not all his college records, and the Boston Globe obtained Kerry's records through its own channels, and not through Kerry releasing them.

Only because no one ever asked the questions. Do you know who Kerry's birth father was? How? Do you know what hospital he was born in? What his birth doctor's name was? Have you seen Kerry's birth certificate?
Recall, during the 2004 election, not one person came forward saying they were present for John Kerry's birth. Plus, his father was a diplomat and his mother an heiress, so a foreign birth would've been more probable for Kerry than for Obama.
What proof has he presented? And to whom did he present it?

We've been down this road before, and I see no reason to go down it again. You are convinced he was not born in Hawaii, and no amount of evidence will can change your mind. So why should I bother?
