If HLS presses the point Arizona needs to site the 10 amendment as their authority and if the fed s say stop as they have done then say F’em and take us to court. entering this country is a crime and Joe is enforcing the law.

The only people who seem to be upset with America’s Sheriff are the extreme left....and Hispanic Ku Klux Klan type of groups like La Raza, MECHA, etc....
So many communities in America would love to have Joe Arapaio as their sheriff

Sheriff Joe still has Arizona laws to arrest illegal aliens but he will have a hard time deporting them. The Feds do the deporting and it looks like they are going to refuse to accept the arrested illegals and deport them

“ICE is committed to smart and effective immigration enforcement" Considering all of the illegal aliens who seem to grow in numbers with every minute that passes by, "smart" and "effective" are terms which could not even be remotely applied to the the actual performance metrics of ICE over the last decade plus.

the Department of Justice launched an investigation into those charges earlier this year.
hmmm? 'Earlier this year', 'earlier this year'. Now what happened at the DoJ 'earlier this year', that changed things? I've got to think really hard for this one! /s

Seems to me Sheriff Joe will keep building more tent cities if the Feds do not do their job...
Sometimes I wonder why there are not more commissioned law enforcement officers like Sheriff Joe around the country...He appears to be the only one doing the right thing according to the law...

If only! Add in McCain, Graham, and plenty of people right here on FR. They’re all happy to see Joe and anyone else who wants the rule of law and this country’s sovereignty enforced go down. Cheap labor and tribalism is more important to them.
