The Senate Finance Committee released on Friday evening the text of the health-care bill that committee members will vote on next week, the result of nearly two weeks of committee debate and amendments.

Is this the "conceptual framework" of the bill or is it the entire bill? (I can't open the PDF of the document)...
For those who might be reading the bill without the companion modifications, the following has been stricken from the bill:
PART VMEDICAID PRESCRIPTION DRUG COVERAGE
Make Prescription Drugs a Mandatory Benefit
Chairmans Mark
The Chairmans Mark would make prescription drugs a mandatory benefit for the categorically and medically needy, effective January 1, 2014.
Ive read and re read this bill and when all is said and done, people from the right, people from the left, people in the middle, and extra terrestrials are gonna be mightly pissed off. This bill is absolutely fascist garbage. Anybody who assiciates or has anything to do with this passing, should be held criminally responsible and prosecuted for treason and high crimes.
Page 68 of the actual document, page 71 of the PDF document is where “home visitation” is discussed.
And I'm sure it will help create new drugs & medical devices too. /s
53% of what was private sector just ten months ago, will remain so.
That's:
F A C S I S M
They are both beyond ticked off because their lies to the olympics committee; didn’t work like they usually do in America with the MSM as cover.
It’s the Senate Finance Committee’s final draft of the health care bill called “America’s Healthy Future Act of 2009”.
It is the Chairman’s Mark. A draft of the bill. There is already a modification document with some additions and some changes but you need to read the bill with the modifications until they come out with one that includes the modifications.
The link on the first page, maybe around post 5 or 6 has a Fox Business news link that should be readable if you scroll down once the Fox page opens.
I’m reading it as well. Total National Socialism and yes Fascism. From forcing us to buy it or if too poor to do so to go on Medicaid to running basically government schools for DRs, Nurses, etc. Offering federal dollars to community organizations to set up insurance companies, communities to offer advocacy to forcing employers into no longer providing private health care and having our 1040’s capture proof of our coverage.
And I’m not all the way through the bill yet! It’s going to cost an arm and a leg and more with astronomical out of pocket requirements and fines if you don’t pay.
Seriously folks it’s time to not just march on D.C. but right into the Capitol building and demand they stop this socialization of our health care.
No Dem will read it before voting “yes”.
Dem (neo-Fascist) Party...the most incompetent and corrupt in USA history.
Ping.
thanks for the ping
Do you have John Batchelor on
“If and when it passes, American freedom will have been destroyed by Americas most subtil and evil people, the left wing democrats and the rinos who helped them craft this unconstitutional legislation designed to steal and rob all liberties and freedoms and monies from the working class to the thieves who deceive America, the politicians and media who support this great evil.”
No RINOs were responsible for this Obama-Nation. It was all Jackass work product.
The results will be catastrophic.
I’ve got an idea. Someone put several washing machines in the capital rotunda, dump an entire box of soap in each one, and start them going. With any luck, the entire building would be filled with suds, making it impossible for the Democrats to vote on any more new nutty bills.
This is a health care expropriations bill.
Prediction: Tis bill will be thecause of insurrection, and violence.
Just as Obama intended.
Heads are going to roll.
Washington is about to become an inferno.
The democrats want you to die quickly.
YES!
I’m on it.
America’s Healthy Future Act of 2009 - my ass.
