It’s the Senate Finance Committee’s final draft of the health care bill called “America’s Healthy Future Act of 2009”.
It is the Chairman’s Mark. A draft of the bill. There is already a modification document with some additions and some changes but you need to read the bill with the modifications until they come out with one that includes the modifications.
The link on the first page, maybe around post 5 or 6 has a Fox Business news link that should be readable if you scroll down once the Fox page opens.
