The Senate Finance Committee released on Friday evening the text of the health-care bill that committee members will vote on next week, the result of nearly two weeks of committee debate and amendments.

Will follow up with CBO analysis when I find it!
If and when it passes, American freedom will have been destroyed by America’s most subtil and evil people, the left wing democrats and the rinos who helped them craft this unconstitutional legislation designed to steal and rob all liberties and freedoms and monies from the working class to the thieves who deceive America, the politicians and media who support this great evil.
So where can we read it?
The link that the WaPo provides to read the document doesn’t work. Imagine that!

I’s a big tax bill, and a denial of the power of individuals to make their own health care choices.
Impose annual fee on manufacturers and importers
of branded drugs....................................................... 1/1/10 1.7 1.7 1.7 1.7 1.7 1.7 1.7 1.7 1.7 1.7 8.6 17.2
9. Impose annual fee on manufacturers and importers
of medical devices..................................................... 1/1/10 2.9 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 14.9 29.9
10. Impose annual fee on health insurance providers..... 1/1/10 2.7 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 19.5 40.5
11. Impose annual fee on clinical laboratories................
i’m sure all those fees will help create jobs
I read a bit of it, I was most interested in Malpractice Suits ect. There is alot of “should” “may” “will look into” type stuff, but nothing concrete To signify real reform, just a lot of “ maybe someday “ type of gibberish.
There won’t be a CBO analysis. And the real text that will be in the final bill sent to the House won’t be published either.
PING!!!!!!
2. Employer W-2 reporting of value of health benefits.
("So we can tax them.")
3. Conform the definition of medical expenses for health flexible spending arrangements to the definition of the itemized deduction for medical expenses (including prescription purchases of over-the-counter medicines)
("We'll tell you what's a medical expense and what isn't.")
4. Increase the penalty for nonqualified health savings account distributions to 20%
("You want alternative medicine? You want a cancer treatment center? Forget it.")
5. Limit health flexible spending arrangements in cafeteria plans to $2,000.
("If you need to spend more than $2,000, you need to be under our thumb. Oh, and BTW. Forget about getting in-home care for Mom -- You can't have it, it's ours.")
6. Corporate information reporting. ("We'll sic the IRS on you.")
As I read it, we'll be taxed for employer provided insurance. Am I correct?
Yep. Health insurance is a taxable “benefit.”
You are not to be talking about this you are suppose to be posting pictures like the MSM of the 0bama’s date night.
Oh no....they may say I have some preexisting condition....CRAP.
