All autistic children hae been vaccinated, but not all vaccinated children are autistic......something to think about. There are many ways to boost the immune system safely without risks involved in vaccinations in order to be immune to most illnesses.

Hard evidence that low levels of heavy metals, such as mercury, cause autism is indeed, as you’ve stated, so far lacking.

But the treatment called “chelation”, for very young infants and toddlers exhibiting signs of autism, has been successful in reversing the course of autism. Carefully removing heavy metals from very young autistic patients via chelation tends to support the claim that heavy metals are the culprit prenatally. More work needs to be done on this.

It is unfortunate that chelation doesn’t seem to work for children who are older than three-to-four years old.

“I never will regret leaving the Peoples Republic of NJ for the Lone Star state.”

Governor Rick Perry, a supposed conservative, signed an executive order directing the texas Health and Human Services Commission to adopt rules requiring all 11- and 12-year old girls entering the sixth grade to be vaccinated against the human papillomavirus, or HPV, starting in September 2008. The Texas Legislature, bless their hearts, stopped him. Texas is better than New Jersey, but not immune to authoritarian do-gooderism. And now today this:

Do you have a scientific reference for that?

Do you have talking points or links about this issue, specifically whether the H1N1 vaccine may be more dangerous? I have never had qualms or problems with the regular flu vaccine, but my radar is going off not wanting the H1N1 vaccine - my work might require it. Including a guilt trip saying I could be a vector.

I know someone whose son had the chelation treatment. It was successful and he is doing well as a normally developing child. Those folks are how I came to know about chelation.

Chelation doesn’t seem to be prevalent. Autism has to be diagnosed very early for the treatment to be effective.

My husband works for FDA and no vaccines are not tested to the extent that other drugs are. It takes years for most drugs to get to market and even then there are many that have to be pulled due to one unforeseen circumstance or another. Flu strains change year by year and to be honest, they are just winging it.

Quite frankly, there are some studies who show that the vaccine is nothing more than a high stakes placebo. Such as this one:

“As reported in the peer-reviewed American Journal of Perinatology, rates of illness among women vaccinated during pregnancy and among their infants were virtually the same as illness rates among women who had not been vaccinated during pregnancy and among their infants (1). “

http://www.generationrescue.org/binstock/090927-vacc-unvacc-pregnant-women-infants.htm

Vaccines on pets are even worse as far as FDA testing goes. When your vet tells you he has a brand new drug, insist on the old one. Because your pet IS the test group.

I will never take any drug or vaccine that has been on the market for less than five years with good clinical success and tolerable side effects. Taking it sooner just makes you the extended test group.

according to this blog/website, US pharma company, Baxter is the maker of the vaccine and I”m pretty sure Health&Human services acorn/seiu-loving witch-thug-secretary Sibelius has given Baxter immunity from lawsuits.

I’m not so sure. This article in the Philadelphia Inquirer says otherwise:

http://www.philly.com/philly/news/new_jersey/20090929_ap_njtogetswinefluvaccinesinnextweek.html

A clip from the article:

“Although the shots are recommended for health care workers, (Health Commissioner Heather) Howard said vaccinations are strictly voluntary.”

if your vaccine works and you get it you shouldnt care if I go blind

The ignorance about public health, immunology and communicable diseases on this forum has just blown me over.

First, I am currently recovering from H1N1. Let me tell you. It is not a whimpy disease. It hasn't killed me, but I would hardly call it a mild or even ordinary case of the flu.

Even so, I will admit that the reaction to H1N1 as it has actually spread MAY BE overblown.

That said, a lot of the value of immunizations depends upon almost everyone getting the immunization so that you break the chain of transmission. There is an underlying theory called network theory, where you have to cut enough nodes in the network to stop the network from functioning. A vaccine is not 100% effective. It only becomes effective if it is effective enough and enough people take it that the chain of transmission is broken.

One of the reason that conservatism is still flopping around on the ground trying to figure out how to get up and become a respectable political philosophy is that its adherents take stances such as the present one, on issues such as public health. This head in the sand attitude is just astonishing. Scientifically based public health is one of the great advances of the late 19th and 20th centuries.

Again H1N1 may not be the right one, though if you think you want it boy are you wrong. But some diseases are and were. Some might regret that we don't die in Washington DC from the miasmic vapours (malaria) that used to infest the city, but instead, we enjoy long healthy lives here.

Try looking in your mouth. Even the ceramic fillings have heavy metals in them, those from the 80’s and early 90’s..Dycal, Life and Sealplex. Ethyl toluene and sulfonamide are common ingredients in all three sealants. Heavy metals are in our soil and water, nevermind the frankinscience that Agri business is pumping into our food chain. No offense but wake up.

Since the vaccine is more dangerous than the flu itself, it’s nothing more than a case of effective population control.

Well Baxter produces it, but someone else is going to benefit big time from mandatory immunizations.
That sibelus has provided cover to baxter is just a plus for them.
Someone's going to get the big bucks...

Who decided in NJ that it would be mandatory for the children?

AJ, I pray for your continued and complete recovery. Thank you for sharing your personal experience with us. Would you mind explaining to us anything we should know about the H1N1? (it would be good to learn first hand). Does it take the course of the seasonal flu or maybe different? Thanks for any information you are comfortable sharing with us.
