...quick hello. See we have granddaughter, the lovely, lovely Kaitlyn Mae, coming to visit her Mom-Mom.
Her other grandmother went up to Baltimore for grandparents day. I didn’t go cause a)I went up this past monday, mother-in-law to the airport, had lunch with daughter AND went to Kaitlyn’s school to see her award for KINDERGARTEN STUDENT OF THE WEEK! She was so proud.
and b)I didn’t want to make another two hour ride so soon but would have gladly if her other grandmother wasn’t going to her grandparents’ day. Her other grandmother lives, btw, about 25 miles from me.
So arrangements were made for her other grandmother (paternal, great lady) to drive Kaitlyn home and we are to meet at a gas station...
....so are you bored yet?
Anyway, she’s gonna call when she gets to Bridgeville at which point I must leave to get to the gas station to get Kaitlyn.
tomorrow Kaitlyn and I will go to the Sunfest, Sunday to mass...little apostles for Kaitlyn, to movies to see the Meatball movie, then play MacDonalds.
I will spend time with Kaitlyn this week, showing her those Obamer videos and warning her to tell her mother or dad if she is ever asked to sing to Obamer.
I also tell her that Obamer wants to kill both of her grandmothers because hey....why can’t I use Alinsky’s tactics?

Nick of time. Been a little busy. Wrote a prayer for the day. I wrote this because of all the scariness right now and the fact that I actually feel ok. Also, I have a wonderful cousin who hosted a blog carnival of funniest EMS calls....he’s a paramedic and I’ve been reading it and it’s been so uplifting.
Here’s my prayer for the day:
Dear Lord of all:
Please protect us all today.
In times of uncertainty, craziness and terrorism,
Please keep all innocent believers
And unbelievers
Under your merciful umbrella.
Give us time to talk and fellowship,
Give us time to find the common higher ground.
Make us better.
Give us the ability to express ourselves.
Drive out oppression and shine a light on slavery.
Undivide us.
If they do not love peace and liberty,
Melt their weapons.
Show the place of faith in life.
Let your love rain down.
