They will get him on posting bills on public property.
And 0bama is a uniter my butt.
0bama is a jackass.<-—————— I could say more but the list on names we can call him is short.
BTW:I always assumed Brietbart news was liberal. Is Brietbart the one reporting on ACORN this Brietbart.
Also, break a rib; sue police department.
So where’s the big criminal drag net on all those “criminals” posting “lost dog”, “Lose 20 pounds in a week for $10” or “Free firewood” signs? So where’s the hazards in these situations? Where’s the hundreds of criminals who did this and why isn’t there a major investigation finding these people??
Oh, maybe it’s because those signs didn’t insult their Marxist Commissar.
Yeah, freedom of speech—indeed.
There has got to be more to this story than is being reported. If he was posting the flyers on private or public property without the consent of the owners or the city then the guy broke the law and is wrong.
Also, are the pro-Obama murals painted on private property with the consent of the owners? If so, there isn’t a legal problem with the murals. Private property owners have the right to “discriminate” and allow only certain signs/murals posted on their property.
However, if the pro-obama murals were allowed to be done on public property, but the anti-obama flyers were not, then the guy should sue.
Unfortunately, I can’t judge without knowing more of this story.
He was met at his home by SEVEN cops.
I would like to see photos of that bunch...
Where’s the ACLU?
What do you mean they agree with the arrest?
The poor dear was only trying to do a little community organizing.
And if anyone thinks the same thing would have occurred if they guy was posting pro-Osama posters or “Eat at Joes”, you’re wrong.
Here come the Brown Shirts.
I’m confused. Where was there any vandalism? What property did he destroy? And since “when” does putting/taping fliers up on poles constitute criminal mischief or grafitti?
Besides, DemocRat Mayor Bill White must think that anyone that spray paints grafitti (which Fuhre did NOT do) is A-OK... since White passed an edict that punishes property owners to the tune of $500 per incident, if they do not remove the grafitti themselves, at their own cost. To me, that must mean that destruction of private property by grafitti is NOT a crime or even criminal mischief.
Am I off base here, or is this just another typical leftist double standard?
Well that explains his absence from George Noory's CoastToCoastAM. Jones was a virtual co-host while he was attacking Bush -- now that he's going after President Obama I guess Noory wants nothing to do with him.
(He was on the other night as Noory grilled him about how dare Jones post false information about President Obama.)
The fact is you cannot get justice in any of the large cities in the US, and visiting such cities is hazardous to your health.
I hope all of you are posting similar posters on your private property.
They will have a tough time with millions of these posted legally.
Post them!
Going back to Houston, Houston, Houston
bttt
While driving home from Saturday’s March on Washington, we were passed on the Pennsylvania Turnpike by a SUV with two of those posters taped to the back window. Hope that person made it home safely, or at least takes the pics off the window when leaving the car unattended.
