Someone asked earlier, "What kind of outfit is Acorn"

This is the best explanation I've seen!

from the article:

But Robert Rector, a senior research fellow at the conservative Heritage Foundation and an expert on welfare and poverty said these community organizing networks "basically get paid to make noise" and "serve as a clearinghouse for moving government money around."

Can you imagine the reaction if there was a white charity named “the race?”

Rector said the government spends more than $700 billion a year assisting low-income people, including cash, housing, food and medical care.

“And we have no idea where that money goes,”

said that ACORN has received $53 million in taxpayer funds since 1994

That is just beyond belief.

Imagine if Glenn Spencer or CCIR or FAIR or SaveOurState or NumbersUSA - all patriotic groups and people trying to uphold our laws and sovereignty - had gotten even a fraction of that kind of money.

The seditionists would have been screaming so loud it would have woken up Harry Byrd.

Good, La Raza is filled with a bunch of communist haters. They do not represent any Hispanic, except for liberal hispanics that hate everything about their culture.

The question that should be asked is “What has the community gained from money given to ACORN?”

How about this GOP Reps and Senators:

NO TAXPAYER FUNDING FOR ANY NON PROFIT GROUPS!!!

Let them stand or fall on their own merits. This would go a long way toward rebuilding trust in government and balancing the budget, too!

"Rector said the government spends more than $700 billion a year assisting low-income people, including cash, housing, food and medical care.

"And we have no idea where that money goes," he said. Of that amount, $70 billion goes to what he called "amorphous" social service programs."

Oh, yoooo-hoooo, obama -- I think I know where you can "find" the funding for the 10 million folks who can't get insurance. Surely if you're providing them with insurance, they'll no longer need the services of ACORN, right?

Keep showing the pre-inaugural video with "commander zero" saying ACORN will help set the agenda. Tie it to his whole history.

I have concerns for Hannah Giles and O'Keefe's safety. I would tend to believe that they have that covered.
