A team of taxpayer-supported lawyers arguing on behalf of President Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office say not even the U.S. Supreme Court has any input into the question at this point, and such cases should be barred from the courts. What they are really saying is:
"We won, deal with it"
And
"We control Congress and The Little people can go pound sand".

Yes - great point and great line in the movie. Belushi was so over the top in that movie.

they committed treason?

This person would have held himself up as being eligible ( when he was not) and willingly taken million upon millions of dollars from trusting Americans. Isn’t that a crime?

These descriptions of the responsibility(ies) of the electors don’t square with what the government attorneys are claiming.
“The electors have only one responsibility: to select the president and vice president. Each presidential candidate has a slate of electors assigned to that candidate. When the candidate wins the popular vote in a state or the District of Columbia, the electors assigned to that candidate are the ones who vote in the electoral college. To do so, they meet in their respective states or the District of Columbia about five weeks after the November presidential election to cast their votes. Normally, the meeting is a mere formality. The electors vote for the presidential candidate who received the greatest number of votes in their state. The electoral college simply ratifies the results of the popular vote. “

“There are two documents required for electors to vote:
“Certificates of Ascertainment confirm the names of the appointed electors.
“Certificates of Vote contain the elector’s votes for president and vice president. “

Anyone have a list of any other cases still alive other than the military one?

Hey, Barry lawyers, you might consider the fate of Gestapo officers after their messiah ate his copper-jacketed bon bon.
After Ostalin is gone, you're all alone in a cold, hostile world.
Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Don’t forget that the Judge is a Marine. He executed an oath to become one. An oath does not expire. He also executed an oath when he became a judge. Methinks he may have standing.

Both military and DOJ attorneys have been involved with Obama’s defense. How can this be ethical? Why haven't these lawyers been reported to their bar?
I would think an ethical government attorney would have said, “Mr. Obama provide the documents needed to prove you are a natural born citizen. Stop wasting my time and the money of the American people.”
If Obama can not prove he is a natural born citizen, then the attorneys are in essence:
1) complicit in the crime of treason
2) complicit in the crime of defrauding millions of Americans out of millions of dollars.
So?...Why would any ethical attorney cooperate with this?

I hope everyone understands the gravity of this. Some pretty boys and girls with law degrees have just stated that it doesnt matter if Obama is eligible or not, hes in and theres not a GD thing we can do about it. Should be:

Don’t kid yourself...the USSC can throw the punk out of office...no impeachment necessary....you impeach a legal president he is an usurper...US Marshalls will arrest him...wonder how hard that is to understand...only a legal president goes through an impeachment process...

That, and the rules have changed, dramatically. We aren't a nation of laws any longer.

Can you imagine the back door communications this man is getting from the WH and Os minions? I hope hes got a spine. He took the worse General Giap could throw at him. After Khe Sahn, for which he was awarded a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart, a few Chicago thugs are not going to intimidate him.
I'll bet there are plenty of retired or former Marine Gunny's to protect him round the clock, should that seem necessary.
