The fourth installment of James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles's undercover report on ACORN is supposed to drop within the hour at BigGovernment.com and will be aired on Glenn Beck at 5:00 p.m. This time the duo took their sting operation to California, where an employee named Theresa confesses that she killed her allegedly abusive husband, and laid some "groundwork" beforehand. Beck aired portions of the video on his radio show today, and Leslie Sherman of The D.C. Writeup wrote it up:
10:54am: As the audio continues, James divulges his aspirations to run for an elected office someday. In enthusiastic response, Theresa says she speaks with Congressman and Senators every day. She names Senator Barbara Boxer and Senator McCleod, and 62nd district Assemblywoman Wilmer Amina Carter. Theresa says that “Eden’s” prostitution money would be an asset to him in his quest to become a Senator or Representative.11:01am: Regarding the legislators that she speaks with, Theresa says that they (most likely herself and their ACORN office) are lobbying these law makers in behalf of health care reform. Apparently, this “non-partisan” organization that gets government money for housing assistance is using tax dollars for health care lobbying.
11:15am: Theresa discloses that her ex-husband abused her and “beat the hell out of” her. She then continues to confess, “I killed him . . . . I shot him.” She notes that she had laid some “groundwork” beforehand. When James and Hannah question her as to whether he was abusing her when she killed him, she says that he was not at that moment, but she knew he was going to, she said, “I knew it was coming.”
Should be an interesting video. Will the mainstream media cover the ACORN story now?

Andrew Breitbart is the man who has shepherded O'Keefe and Giles through the release of these videos. He has shown himself to be very astute in business and media. He lives in California and has extensive sources to vet stories in his back yard. I would be shocked if this story was not rock solid.

The black and hispanic communities may differ on some issues, but the church going adults are socially conservative. They don’t want criminals in their neighborhoods and they don’t want their kids getting mixed up with them.
ACORN has been aiding and abetting criminal activity in the neighborhoods.

Another thing, after the second video ACORN said that they knew these people were doing this and that all their other offices threw them out, including the NYC office, well yesterday proved that statement to be a lie didn't it? Now they are claiming all sorts of crap, because that is what liberals do. They have been busted, but whether law enforcement does anything or not remains to be seen.

As for me, I’ve had a sister murdered at 18, my father was killed by a drunk driver when he was 41 (and I was 10), and I’ve been criminally assaulted and hospitalized with severe facial fractures requiring reconstructive surgery.

From reading comments on an earlier Glenn Beck radio thread, although it hasn’t aired here yet, some other little bomblettes in this video: The “prostitute/pimp” couple were advised by the Acorn worker that they should not educate the underage alien girls they were going to bring here. Also, that they should start 401K’s for them. The worker also apparently told the couple that she herself had worked as a prostitute and that she thought her boss had too. It’s hard to believe these people are real...but they are.
Glenn has said there are 48 hours of these undercover tapes. So far only about 2 hours have been revealed, including this latest. Drip...drip...drip
Only because you can't believe people like this exist, they do, believe me. Playing along like this and confessing a murder would be the height of stupidity. You run the risk of being investigated until they find something. Like I said, they wouldn't even let them in the door if they knew who they were.

Law enforcement is seeking charges in Baltimore for making ACORN look bad. The undercover journalists “illegally” taped a conversation. Except it wasn’t wiretapping. It was investigative journalism and there was no phone or hidden bug present. The undercover agent was present on the scene and the one doing the talking.
Claims that the footage was “manipulated” can only be used in a “libel” case, not to make the case that the taping itself was illegal.
