Although everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty, a RICO investigation is now warranted. Attorney General Eric Holder should immediately order a RICO investigation, while we all wait to see if more footage is forthcoming.

The reality is, there are at least a half-dozen state and federal laws that could have been broken here. Even though the undercover young woman is not really a prostitute and there are no El Salvadoran girls here either, this could still meet the legal standard for conspiracy to commit these various crimes. At a bare minimum, depending on the state, it likely fulfills the elements for the crime of attempted conspiracy, which usually carries the exact same penalty as the underlying crimes themselves (prostitution, tax fraud, etc.).

What’s important about prostitution and human trafficking is that they are specific triggers for the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, better known as RICO. The RICO law is designed to enable the Justice Department to go after criminal enterprises. It defines “racketeering activity” as including importing illegal aliens for immoral purposes, falsifying identification documents and immigration papers, mail and wire fraud, and the sexual exploitation of children, among others.

Can we petition a sympathetic US attorney or state’s attorney general to bring charges against ACORN? I think we can.

Let’s see how the Obama Justice Department responds to this. My bet is that there will be no charges prosecuted just like in the Black Panther voter intimidation case.

If not then every single guy who's gone to meet an underage girl he met on the internet who turned out to be a cop should be kicked loose right now.

Imagine how fast Eric Holder would act if Giles and O’Keefe were liberals, went to NRA offices and gunshows, and got video of NRA employees and gun show dealers telling people how to commit crimes.

I wish I could get excited that the number one exploiter of minorities in the USA is finally going to get pay back, but I know (and they know) that ACORN was all but abandoned as soon as they thought the Feds were close. They will still receive funding through the myriad of 503(c) and organizations they have set up.

The real organizational chart for ACORN looks like a plate of spaghetti and they’re ready for the meatballs and sauce.

I think an investigation is absolutely warranted. It should be wide and deep, digging in to all aspects of how they are financed and how the money is being spent. And I think it if fully justifiable to freeze all assets while the investigation is being conducted.

Attorney General Eric Holder should immediately order....

Yeah right! Just like he did after the Black Panther activity in front of the polling place. Don't hold your breath.

Acorn... liberals... human traffickers.... why am I not surprised? They are just trying to spread their liberal policies that keep the minorities in the ghetto to other countries. What better way than to start an underground railroad of sex slaves? LOL! Truly these ACORN people are a can short of a six pack.

I don’t think we want an investigation to start right away because then all those videotapes those reporters have will be subpoenaed and we won’t see them for years, if ever.

If I were those reporters, I think I’d just put all those videos online pronto even if it defeats the water torture effect. I’m afraid Holder is going to create the ruse of an “investigation” and just like the Reno investigations, it will go nowhere and we’ll never get to see the rest of the videos. Holder could to it today, if he wanted.

Do you really think that Holder would get to the bottom of this? Yeah, just like Reno got to the bottom of all the illegal fund raising. Never happen. Holder can take control of this, inc. any and all evidence, and will deep six it. We can squeal all we want. It won't make any difference.

Acorn is community organization.

Obama is a community organizer.

Obama is Acorn.

Democrats are Acorn.

” Do you really think that Holder would get to the bottom of this? “

I really think that Holder, along with a significant number of ‘high administration and congressional officials’, *IS* at the bottom of this....

They’ve got to be getting nervous, right about now.... (Pesky free Press...)

They're already up to number 4. Glenn Beck played audio from number 4 (San Bernadino, CA ACORN office, IIRC) on his radio show this morning.

Tune into his TV show on Fox News this afternoon to see it.

Apparently the gal they got on camera in this one made some kind of comment that her boss may also be hookin' and this gal also said that she (the one on camera) killed her ex-husband. Shot him. This will be one to see.
