Prayers for you and your family today Samigirl...

Sorry to hear about your cousin.
Spend enough time around terminal patients and you begin to think differently about what people term, pejoratively or not, “assisted suicide”. At least I did.

It seems he fought the good fight. But now he has gone to his reward. Tell Chris I said hello. RIP Patrick.

My best memory of him was as Orry in the North and South mini series. RIP Patrick.
To: Hildy
I’ll watch Ghost. Even with Whoopie involved, it carried a good message.

Whoopie was great in that movie. I hate to say it, but Whoopie has been in a few of my favorite “B” movies!

Thanks OpeEdMunkey. I pray for God to ease her pain and not let her suffer.

I think I misspelled your FR name. Sorry about that.

This just breaks my heart. Cancer sucks! I’m having flashbacks of cruising in my friend’s Ghia, singing Dirty Dancing songs at the top of my lungs. (No need to discuss what a dork I was!) Such horrible, sad news. Prayers for him and his family this evening.

He lived in the Heights in Houston as a kid. Was a quarterback in high school, as well as a dancer. Knew the lady that taught him to roller skate. Fine man, and too young to die. Cancer sucks.

I remember the skit and remember Farley, but didn’t recall the other guy as being Swayze. Man, that was funny!
RIP, Patrick.
