I thought I just heard Joe on Hannity say something about having eligibility/citizenry in some bill...I very well could have heard wrong but, did anyone else catch what he was saying and can you expand on it?
You heard right, He said they added onto the house bill to ensure a recipient is a citizen.
Guess it was not in the bill to begin with ah?
Two things about it -
if the democRats don’t remove the language in a committee revision,
the courts will require that illegals be covered.
I thought he was speaking of the senate who on Friday added the citizenship requirment into the bill the “6” are working on

It seems clear to me, OBAMA HAS NOT READ THE BILL. Or, he’s not as brainy as the state run media claim...
The courts will require it and the Dems (along with McCain & Graham-nesty) will try to make the illegals into citziens.
I think it’s kind of a trick thing....Any emergency room will treat an illegal...It just means the monrey comes from a different “kitty”...
The House Republicans made the attempt early on in the process and were voted down. They were adding enforcement mechanisms.
Rush said that the provision to insure illegals will be left out but then it will go to the courts, who will declare that it is illegal to do so.

What I heard was, that, it was added to the Senate bill on Friday, and, that ZerO was making it part of his bill. I didn’t know ZerO had a bill.

Ah, but you see, there is no Obama bill. At least in physical form. When he responds to criticism, he’s reading from the bill in his head. When something finally passes, he signs it, and then you ask why this-or-that is in it, he’ll still be able to say, “I didn’t write it. This was the House/Senate’s bill. Take it up with them. I had to sign something, you see, because doing nothing was unacceptable.”

I don’t recall the specific language Judge Napolitano used, something like “If it is provided to one it must be provided to all” — more along the lines of statute rather than a specific cite of an amendment. He was rather involved in his reply to Glenn Beck last week on the subject, sorry for not being able to quote him verbatim.
I do not think that is the intent but I am sure if we are not vigilant it would be the outcome. Rush was right they will try to twist everything but its up to us to stop them.
I know we can’t deny basic stablizing health care to anyone who shows up at an emergency room and obama often mentions it, one time he used the example of a illegal child showing up with diabetes,
I guess he realized diabetes isn’t a communicable disease so when obama used the emergency room example last wekk he used tuberulosis(sp?)
I don’t think it is illegal to deny paid health care services to people who are here illegally
I vote “all the above.”
