He;s right really, the way the judicial system works, the influence the liberals judicial activist have, especially if they smell blood in the water or feel that the case has any chance of progressing on facts they will stall the hell out of it.

Force their hand...force them to do just that. Despite the length, the fact that they are dragging it out will not be lost on the American people.

I agree, force their hand. Let the people see the democrats trying to squirm out of it.

Besides, if the Judicial system really would take 10 years, then the judicial system is broken. And people need to become aware of that and fix it.

That's what separates the men from the boys: the willingness to try to do what's right even when (especially when) the deck is stacked against you.

A lawsuit WOULD and WILL take too long.
That’s why an injunction should be filed to block further illegal orders by the president.
THEN watch how fast the courts will work.

"GOP senator: 'By the time you got a decision, it'd be 10 years from now'."I disagree- it would be fast-tracked to the SCOTUS just like Bush/ Gore 2000.

Just about as stupid as we have no need to drill our own oil because it will take 10 years before we can use it. If we had started 20 years ago it would not be an issue.

Just get it on the front pages! Make the MSM HAVE to report it. Make it an issue before 2012! Give the Kool-Aid drinkers something to think about.
Just make it a news item that can’t be ignored.

James Inhofe is one of the BEST the GOP has to offer.
He has tirelessly fought the man made global warming
crowd and he actually tells the truth about the eligibility
question.
In a better world we would have 50 more just like him.
