President Barack Obama called on Congress Wednesday night to pass health care reform. "The time for bickering is over," the president said in a televised speech before a joint session of Congress. "The time for games has passed. Now is the season for action."

Zero’s tanking on the AOL poll. How was the Speech? 57% thumbs down. Did the speech change how you view the issue? 80% no. Do you support the healthcare plan? 58% no. Will Congress pass healthcare legislation this year? 63% no.
Wouldn't be surprised if he got a temporary bump in the national polls, which hopefull will erode a few days later.
My heart is still singing over Joe Wilson. Gotta love him . . knocked the snot right out of Obama and took away the limelight.

Know how I would like to take this comment; but it shows as well; Obama's ideas for his future. Yes; no question he would like to be 'last' President; and America's first King. . .or somesuch; or perhaps; he plans to be President; just not of 'America' - at least, of the one we know and a position that holds no 'term limits'.
