ITEM Obama's approach to health care legislation is to cede the task of writing legislation to Democratic leaders and committee chairmen....then saying he wound up writing his own bill. (Scoff) ObamaCare has more sequels than Bela Lugosi. This will be voted into law when Dracula sees daylight.
ITEM Tonight, Obama will sound very, VERY conservative....Ronald Reagan incarnate---might even invoke the "shining city on the hill," and other Reaganisms. Like all sociopaths---Obama lives in the moment----doing and saying anything necessary to cover his ***. EVERYTHING he says has an expiration date. To sound conservative tonight, Ohaha probably hired a conservative speechwriter to write his speech......like he probably did for yesterday's school speech. The school speech he delivered yesterday was A FAR CRY from the one he/Rahm originally prepared.....the one he wanted to give.....to brainwash all the little kiddies into his agenda. Once again, grassroots furor threw him off his game. Tonight he thinks he's got the answers. Too bad he's gonna find out he's wrong.....again.
ITEM --- THE $5 BILLION HEALTHCARE GRAB OFF THE TOP Has anyone noticed that the major healthcare bills would take effect 2013? If there's a crisis, why such a long lead-time in phasing in the new regs?.......... The reason is that the first phase is Ohaha's grab for our wallets----Americans will be forced to pony up some of $5 billion before this atrocity even kicks in. Considering Ohaha's fascination with trillion$, that number could change.
ITEM ---- DEMOCRATS GO FOR BROKE One Democratic leadership aide who sat in on the Pelosi/Reid Biden/Obama briefing said that while Obama will offer support for a public option, he will not insist on it. “He’s going to say a public option is the best tool for reducing costs,” the aide said. “I think he’s going to be a bit noncommittal”........... This is a sop to Obama's lefty pals......he's got big problems with them after he threw Van Jones under the bus. Con artist pols will try to dupe the public-----(1) Pelosi is gaga over the bill's "trigger" that would invoke the public option; (2) the "Co-op" idea IS a public option since the gov't will run it.
ITEM ---AMNESTY CON JOB: Obama keeps saying "ObamaCare is not going to insure illegal aliens.......except the bill does not have verification provisions to make sure illegals can't apply and get benefits." Obama surely knows the courts have ruled repeatedly that hospitals cannot turn illegals away from emergency rooms.(And besides, Obama is planning to give illegals full amnesty by the time OC kicks in.)

Democrats are right that uncompensated emergency care for the uninsured is driving up costs. What they don't say is it's illegal immigrants who are bankrupting ERs, and the federal government is encouraging them.
Last decade, the Clinton administration added teeth to a little-known Health and Human Services Department regulation mandating that hospitals provide emergency treatment even to illegals. Under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, or EMTALA, hospitals can't even ask for a patient's immigration status or ability to pay prior to delivering treatment. They also can't keep such uninsured patients waiting, even if their problem isn't an emergency. Nor can they discharge them until they're fully stabilized and have safe transportation. More, hospitals must post EMTALA signs in Spanish and English.
The law isn't limited to ERs. Hospitals must accept illegals at any facility on campus — including outpatient clinics and doctor's offices — located within 250 yards of the main buildings. Hospitals end up treating uninsured illegals for the sniffles and other nonurgent care, and pass that exorbitant cost on to the insured, the Government Accountability Office has found. Obama is not as smooth as Clinton was and he has to convince everyone that what we know the democrats plans will do to us, is really a pack of lies. I can almost write his speech for him:
“ Special interests are telling you deceptions because they like the Status Quo. We cant afford to do nothing. If we do nothing years from now we will have trillions of dollars of debt (wait, we have that now under you Obama LOL). And you will all lose your health insurance unless we take drastic steps now. My plan will cover everyone, will not increase the deficit or your taxes and there will be no rationing. Everything you like will stay the same, everything you dislike will change. Just close your eyes and imagine everyone happy, relax and go to sleep....and after you awaken and when you hear the words 'health care for everyone' you will call your congressman and demand a public option ”

I never could stand presidential addresses because is always BS but this battle is getting interesting, liberals are counting on Obama to save the public option(through our support) , blue dogs are counting on Obama to ditch the public option. And what can he say he hasn't tried?? “Stay the course” ??? So far he has used fear of the future to scare us into supporting him, while accusing republicans of using fear (scare) tactics against him at the same time. Fear vs Fear LOL, will fear win?
MSNBC libs want him to declare war on republicans and demand a public option tonight and accuse them of not playing fair. Good luck!
