Whoever said Homestead was devoid of star power obviously didn't know that Paul Newman and James Taylor lived in Homestead... ACORN said they had alerted authorities on their own after finding "numerous discrepancies" on 888 of 1,400 voter cards in Homestead.

ACORN’s obvious goal is to shape their image as ‘self-policing’ to avoid further negative publicity.
Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties are all heavily Democrat counties. All of them. Miami-Dade is practically a banana republic these days. Broward and Palm Beach are close behind.
And absolutely nothing will be done to punish anyone involved,
nor will there be any efforts to thwart or stop this behavior in the future.

Yeah, but if those guys lived there, they would have voted for Obama, so what’s the problem? ACORN was just making sure that the voting rights of these stars weren’t trampled on. I can’t remember whether Paul Newman was still alive for last year’s election, but if he was dead by then, his vote should have been counted twice. We all know that.

I sense some you don’t view this defect rate as acceptable. Surely the right/left split of the paltry 63% that had discrepancies was even.
Multiply those 880 fake registration cards in Homestead by perhaps 10,000 and you would probably have a rough estimate of the number of fake Obama voters nationwide. That would be around 8,800,000 fake votes if my trusty Dollar Tree pocket calculator is correct.
Of course that factor of 10,000 is just my own uninformed WAG, but I wouldn't be too awfully surprised if the actual number of fakes turned out to be somewhere in the same ballpark as my guess.
I don’t like organizations like ACORN, that for the most part are known only by their acronym. Acorn sounds gentle enough, but when you say Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, it sounds much more sinister.
Very much like the National Socialist German Worker’s party, NSDAP sounds so much better and people might even forget that you’re a socialist organization. Of course, if you refer to that party as the NAZI party (the English translation), then you remove the word socialist altogether and make it so much easier to identify that former socialist regime as an ultra-conservative organization instead.
The NAZI’s, or NSDAP were in fact a totalitarian socialist organization bent on demonizing capitalism, communism and any other ideology and that did not suit their purposes and goals… That almost sounds like ACORN’s goals and they’re about as socialist as it gets.
Would you be so kind as to elaborate on that a bit? I am hearing LOTS of things but nothing that I would consider concrete or viable.
