Recently ABC Nightline news aired an inaccurate report which made false claims about a company trying to help people struggling in today's economy.
The piece, Deal or No Deal, aired on July 24th. The report covered Credit Solutions, a debt settlement company working on behalf of struggling Americans seeking debt relief. Rather than confirm or check the claims made in the report, the Reporter (Elizabeth Leamy) and the Producer took the side of big political donors and supporters, mainly, credit card companies and big banks. Many of the same companies which were recently bailed out with your tax dollars.
Luckily, Credit Solutions had its own cameras rolling during the entire interview. We have released a behind the scenes video countering Nightlines claims with documented proof and the unedited raw footage. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wu0_77_-LY
Please help us bring light to this blatantly inaccurate report. As Americans struggle through a burdensome economy, personal finances have become as much of an attack ground as politics.

hi, newbie
Who knew?
Just as it is considered honorable and good for Muslims to lie to non-Muslims, it is considered honorable and good for the MSM to lie to the public!
There is no honor among thieves...

You’re company did a good job on the video.
Now get a lawyer.
Good for them! This just shows them that they are irrelevant and untrustworthy. I hope Fox shows it daily!
I didn’t know Nightline was still on?
On ABC news tonight they did a segment on how awful it was that news could be filmed by a person with a cell phone ... Guess the “gatekeepers” resent the riff raff.... I don’t know if it’s tied to this story - but you might want to take a look at it.
SOP for Nightlie and the MSM.
Isn’t that grounds for a slander/libel/defamation case?
So what was the scoop on the customer they showed?
Why was she still in debt?
(I’d get a lawyer and sue for slander)
“I didnt know Nightline was still on?”
That was my first thought. What time does it come on? 2:00 am?

Welcome to FR.
As much as I believe the MSM lies, I am VERY familiar with the inner workings of this company and, in this case, the MSM was spot on. I’ll cede the point that they had an end justifies the mean mentality on this report. They could have found literally thousands of poor saps that got royally screwed and instead choose the lady from the report who was clearly a less than stellar witness.
I’ll venture to say we’ll hear very little from you in the future shadowbiker. One will note the company’s wholesale effort to blanket all social networks, youtube, blog site with this denial. I’ll use the term astroturfing.
This company are charlatans just like every other debt settlement company that takes payment before doing any work whatsoever on the clients behalf.
I mean this video response itself is a joke. 1000+ BBB complaints “but they were all resolved”. Yeah, OK. What company with even a semblance of customer service or legitimacy has 1000’s of BB complaints in a few short years even IF they were resolved.
Then we take the claim of $1 billion settled. Even if that was the case, the company was making upwards of $20 million a month in my recollection. So within 4 years they would have made as much money as they settled for the clients?!?! How bout I don’t buy a word they say until they provide some actual numbers like % of people who actual complete the program. Or better yet, percent of debt settled. I think you’ll find that number is in the single digits if it even made it to 1%. Somehow, I think you can find that inside information quite easily shadowbiker.
I am sure everyone else here has brain enough to doubt these jokers, but just to clarify. If you were considering talking to this company RUN, don’t walk. RUN!!! Head to the local bookstore and find a $10 book on debt settlement and do it yourself. I PROMISE you will be more successful.
Send the $1000’s you save to...:)
This is the same thing Sarah Palin and her advisors should have done when Uncle Charlie came calling during that first interview.
