I Daresay It Is Time We Deal With the Mutineers Aboard the S.S. Conservatism
I'm temporarily handling the Iowahawk ping list while dighton is away.
Please let me know if you want to be added to or removed from the list.
Please ping me to Iowahawk articles. Thanks. :)
Long read, but worth it. :)
He is not my President. He may be yours, but he is not mine, so your title is incorrect.
I’ll save this for later reading.
The article is satire.
I lift a cheek in honor of our president.
Thanks. I try not to read anything with obama’s name in it or the words “our President” President Bush is still my President until another with his character is elected.
me too
Come on. Be a sport.
One of the finest closing lines from a master closer.
“... be there to blow you.”
That last line is a killer; and, is exactly what David Brooks, the NYT’s token “Conservative”, and the Frum’s and Parker’s are good for(as well as several other so called Conservatives), i.e., blow jobs for the ‘rats.
Two more cheeks from me.
Oh a mighty winds a blowin', it's kickin' up the sand
It's blowin' out a message to every woman, child and man
Yes, a mighty winds a blowin' cross the land and cross the sea
It's blowin' peace and freedom, it's blowin' equality
From a lighthouse in Barr Harbor to a bridge called Golden Gate
From a troller down in Shreveport to the shore of one great lake
There's a star on the horizon and it's burning like a flame
It's lighting up this mighty wind that's blowin' everywhere
Oh a mighty winds a blowin', it's kickin' up the sand
It's blowin' out a message to every woman, child and man
Yes, a mighty winds a blowin' cross the land and cross the sea
It's blowin' peace and freedom, it's blowin' equality
When the blind man sees the picture, when the deaf man hears the word
When the fisherman stops fishing, when the hunter spares the herd
We'll still hear the wondrous story of a world where people care
The story of this mighty wind that's blowin' everywhere
Oh a mighty winds a blowin', it's kickin' up the sand
It's blowin' out a message to every woman, child and man
Yes, a mighty winds a blowin' cross the land and cross the sea
It's blowin' peace and freedom, it's blowin' equality
Yes, it's blowin' peace and freedom, it's blowin' you and me
What? The h$ll you say.
No one can write fiction that well!
I’ll gladly pass a little wind his way.
Hell! Every time I phart or take a dump I think of Barak.
I know that I should, but I just can’t.
I have a bad attitude.
