I read in another article, some schools will ‘exempt’ or ‘opt out’ students because they want them to attend school, BECAUSE FUNDING IS DETERMINED BY ATTENDANCE PER DAY!!!

As well they should. If the Obama Administration had their way, we'd be having Orwell's "two minutes of hate" for the previous administration and a host of other behaviors concocted by his team of malignant anti-patriots. Did they request permission from the various state Superintendents of Education? I doubt it. It seems they went right over the heads of the education boards and directly to the principals.
Also, since when are our schoolchildren required to “do something” for the president? That would be their assignment, if a teacher somewhere decided to implement the Dept. of Education classroom ideas that were sent out. This whole thing reeks!

It’s not going over so well here in the Phoenix area. One school district is having parents sign a permission slip and another is not showing it at all.
