A school security officer in Virginia who told a protester opposing President Obama's health-care plan that America is "no more" remains employed, but is now under investigation because of his statements, according to his school district.
"I have to say, I've seen the video. We do not condone what the officer did say," Paul Regnier, the coordinator of communications and community relations for Fairfax County Public Schools told WND today.
WND reported earlier when the YouTube video showing school Security Officer Wesley Cheeks Jr. objecting to a protest sign carried at a town-hall meeting held by Rep. Jim Moran, D-Va. The sign read "Organizing for National Socialist Health Care The Final Solution" and it also depicted Obama in the Joker's makeup.
"This used to be America," argued a protester outside a health-care town hall meeting in Reston, Va., after Cheeks threatened him with arrest for holding up a sign with a picture critical of Barack Obama. The officer's response?
"It ain't no more, OK?"

I would be willing to believe the school system has a no pictures policy on school property. Don’ty be too quick to fault the officer for enforcing it.
Clintstone used to carry a Bible for show; Obama chose a different book.
And don’t try to tell me that the Bamtard has anything approaching the candlepower required to actually read and understand a book.
So their text books don’t have pictures? So they don’t take school photos? So they don’t paint pictures in art class? So they don’t have the picture of the President in the main hallway?
I would love to see the policy code that can partition one image from another, into two categories, such as between acceptable photos of school officials, students, the President, etc. and having “objectionable” images.
That would be a fun lawsuit.
T-Shirts and jackets, even pants have been venues for kids trying to make a statement with pictures on campus. That has prompted many school districts to restrict pictures on placards and clothing, bookbags, anything that could be construed as trying to send a statement.
IMHO if he is not union he is history! If he’s union he’ll get a 45-90 day period where if he screws up agan he will be gone.
From the emphatic response I would guess quite a few.
I did respond to them with an apology for my error. I sent the same email to the School's Department of Communication and Community Outreach and have received no response.
Hey that is an improvement for her. Less makeup often is better.
Yikes!!
How about this one?
Keep the petty bureaucrats' phones tied up until they can the worthless brown-shirt obama-worshiping goon.
He has the same "arrest powers" outside the schoolyard as he has within it, which are, oddly enough the same "arrest powers" you, me, or any *other* private citizen has by law...
the infowarrior
Perfect...
It’s already established that other people had posters with signs. Cheeks acknowledged that he was singling out Parks because he (Cheeks) didn’t like the picture.
If there were, in fact, a “no pictures policy” on school grounds—which is ridiculous on its face—the Fairfax School System would have said that it its response. It didn’t.
Fairfax County might as well be an extension of Montgomery Country Merlin.
