Pro-Barack Obama Left-Wing Hate Email of the Day
Entitlement Syndrome ^ | 09/03/2009 | Scott Michaels

Posted on 09/03/2009 9:43:38 AM PDT by BigKahuna

Once in a while, I get the most amazing emails. The one below was in response to the observation I made about Barack Obama's upcoming September 8th televised address to our nation's schoolchildren and how creepy something like that might seem to more than a few folks aware of fascist and communist history in other parts of the world.

Well, it seems this gentleman just couldn't wait to school me on my proclivities and ultimate motivations, and I have to say that his missive was amusing on a couple of different levels. Here it is (profanity sanitized by me):

"You know the funny thing is you wing nuts have your head so far up Rush's a** you can't smell the flowers for the oxycotin. The right wing media is the one using the Nazi's tactics. Vilify a group of people (Jews / Liberals), shout lies and repeat them often (the sheep will believe). Pound your chest over God and Country (Nationalism). Illegal immigrants ring a bell.. Limit liberties for security. Spread lies and fear to promote the need for security. Racism, discrimination, militarism. You really should read a little history sometime. Talk about Hitler , look at the Republican machine. It is a classic example of Nazi Fascism. It just amazes me that supposed educated people can be so short sighted and ignorant. But hey Rave on, just know there are those out there who see you and your party for what you are!"

I'm not exactly sure of the "party" he's talking about, unless it's the TEA Party kind, but I can feel this man's pain. It's obvious he's a huge supporter of the President and I can respect that, no matter how misguided or misapplied his understanding of past history has been…

I thought they were national socialists and the Mussolini and Franco types were the fascists.

Socialists = Fascists = 90% Communists

Mussolini was a totalitarian statist, just like Mao, Hitler and Stalin.

I except Franco as he doesn't seem to 'fit'. He appears to have seized power simply to keep the communists out, and didn't come in on Hitler's side in the war.

Typical leftist behavior. Accuse your opponents of what you are doing.

That makes sense. I remember when Franco died he made sure the King was restored to power. And then the King did the right thing and turned power over to a democratic government.

Amen. Dems are standing there, tears in their eyes, wondering at the arrogance of conservatives and some Republicans who dare to pull their own tricks on them.

Would look like a Monty Python skit if Republicans accused opponents of the tactics they employ:

“You are just being polite” “You are compromising.” “You are apologizing for things you did not do!” “You are coming to our side and selling out those who have voted for you.”

THAT would scare them. Hmm, I guess the Alinsky rule of accusing your opponents of using your tactics assumes that you have tactics And/or that those tactics are not nice.

Maybe one of the real problems is that the office of the President has too much power and government has too much power, fueled by our money. Maybe this is a common ground if framed right. Left: please remember that the structure you put in place may be run in the future by someone you hate. Don’t look at the WHO so much as the WHAT.

Forty years ago, when I was a kid, there were a group of people who didn't much like the government and how it was doing things. They thought their leader was a rich, dangerous man, out of touch with them and with the real way the world worked. They knew that there were illegal programs in place to monitor those who disagreed, and that they were being watched carefully. Still, they stood up for what they believed in, and in public demonstrations they confronted their leaders and said forcefully that something was wrong with the way things were being done. When Republicans ruled, the press called them "brave young people making a difference." Those young people knew that one day, when their enlightened and loving generation had a chance at being in charge, things would change, and they would show them what REAL government meant. Things would be DIFFERENT.

Today, there are a group of people who don't much like the government and how it is doing things. They think their leader is a rich, dangerous man, out of touch with them and with the real way the world works. They know that there are programs in place to monitor those who disagree, and that they are being watched carefully. Still, they stand up for what they believe in, and in public demonstrations they confront their leaders and say forcefully that something is wrong with the way things are being done. When Democrats rule, the press calls them "crazy old selfish right-wing bigots only interested in themselves. Oh, and Nazis. And confused people interested only in God and guns. Who are stupid, and need us to tell them how to work, eat, and live. And what to drive."

Who will guard the guardians? And can we afford even two more years of being "helped"?

I hope that someone sends the writer of the letter a copy of the Constitution. It's obvious he has never read it.

Something to think about. Back in 1946 the Republican party resembled the Democrats of today. I remember voting for Harry Truman, it was my first time. Things have changed.

It’s very simple really .All nazi’s are fascist but not all fascist’s are nazis. Mussolini & Franco were not racial supremicist like the Austrian paperhanger.
