FOX Business Network has signed a multi-year deal with legendary radio personality Don Imus in which his nationally syndicated program Imus in the Morning will be simulcast on the channel... Beginning October 5th... Monday through Friday from 6-9 AM ET on FOX Business ...
In making the announcement, Magee said, “We’re excited to welcome a renowned broadcaster like Don Imus to the FOX Business team. His 40 years of on-air experience combined with his superb interviewing skills and capitalist sensibilities will be a great addition to our lineup.”
The program will incorporate additional business news into its format which now offers a mix of current affairs, politics, entertainment and sports as discussed amongst Imus and his genius cast of characters including: Charles McCord, Bernard McGuirk...

I must say that Imus’ charm continues to elude me. I find it completely amazing that anyone can listen to his show.
IMHO, morning drive talk radio went right down the shoot with Imus’ return to the airwaves.

Is FBN that desperate?
Maybe they could bring Phil Donahue out of retirement.
This is not a plus for Fox.
I thought Imus has been off the air while he’s being treated for lung cancer.
Imus is like a zombie or vampire, try as you wish you can’t kill him in a career sense.
I have no idea how he keeps getting jobs, contracts and money... his appeal eludes me. Yet here is cashing more checks.

His “side-kicks” are all worthless, except for Bernard McGurk, who isn’t allowed to talk on air anymore due the last big mess up he had.

Imus had great ratings with PMSNBC before they fired him. He’ll bring a decent audience to an otherwise still-obscure channel. FNC rules, but I don’t know if FOX Business Network has taken off yet.

Thought he had prostate cancer and has not missed much air time.
I liked the Imus show. He brought on some interesting guests and I liked many of his interviews.
