According to Inga Barks, one lone Central Valley representative/Republican is on the committee... the rest are liberal Dems from the Bay Area and Los Angeles. It has virtually zero chance of getting any traction. The farms of the West Valley will be left to dry up and blow away.
I remember reading stories of the Old West where ranchers blew up dams when their water was cut off.
Does it seem funny to anyone that people without a HS diploma are writing State/Federal law?
