Those rules have to do with STUDENTS, and I don’t think it’s applicable in this particular situation as it was a public event, and the people in question were not students.
To rant and brag how your 1/2 case of 45’s is going to solve things is what the opposition delights in.
There will be a time - not yet. They are not idiots and realize America’s good citizens are being pushed too far and are arming themselves.

Can't speak for the original poster who bought the 45's, but for many of us, that 500 rounds is just to "top off" our supply and replace what we burned through at the range over the weekend getting in some practice.
