There actually may be a local law that states a protestor cannot bear a sign with a picture on school property. It would be interesting to hear from someone in the area that knows for sure.
I seriously want to know what the local laws are here. If Cheeks stated in error then this is huge. If he stated correctly the protester on our side looks like a jackass.
Will someone please conform and, or state the local laws.
