UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT

CPT Connie Rhodes MD,
Plaintiff,
v.
Dr ROBERT GATES, UNITED
STATES SECRETARY OF DEFENSE,
BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, de facto
PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES,
Defendants.
APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
Plaintiff Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes has received what appear to be facially valid orders mobilizing her to active duty with the United States Army in Iraq on September 5th, 2009 (Exhibit A). Captain Rhodes is both a US army officer and a medical doctor, a flight surgeon. On May 15th of this year 501 brigade out of Fort Campbell, KY, currently stationed in Iraq, has requested a support of medical personal in Iraq. Two days ago, August the 23rd, an order was given through the chain of command via e-mail for Captain Rhodes to arrive in San Antonio TX, Fort Sam Houston for Tactical Combat Medical Care Course (TCMC) to be held from August 30th till September 4t and next day, on September the 5th to arrive in Fort Benning in Columbus GA for immediate deployment to Iraq for a period of one year and twelve days from September 5th, 2009 until September 17th 2010. Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes wants to serve her country and fulfill her tour of duty, however as a US army officer and a medical doctor she has severe reservations regarding legitimacy of Barack Obama as the Commander in Chief and repercussions of her service under his orders, particularly in light of mounting evidence of him having allegiance to other Nations and citizenship of Kenya, Indonesia and Great Britain.

“My instinct tells me, that as an O-3, the chances are fairly good that she is indeed an obligated reserve officer as many physicians will use the Army to pay for medical school, and of course there’s an obligation associated with that.”
I believe a Captain is an O5.
Proof that he wasn't born in Hawaii would probably do it.
78-81? I must have just missed the pony express rider then.
And you didn’t really answer the question, so...
Yes or No?
“Some people will claim that a COLB can be issued to people who aren’t actually born in HI. Perhaps that’s true. I have no experience in that area of law, nor am I familiar with Hawaii’s 1960’s era birth record’s procedures. “
She hasn't disobeyed the order yet. She's not even supposed to report for pre-deployement training until 31 August, that is Monday.
Or do you think she is guilty of "thought crime"?
Maybe she's a hermaphrodite? ;)
(ducks and runs away)
I've speculated that 0bama's real BC lists his gender as "hermaphrodite"...
Probably somewhat equivalent to VOCO, to be followed by the proper paperwork. Timeline seems kind of short though. Orders "cut" on the 23rd for reporting on the 31st. Especially given that the "Requisition" was issued on 15. May.
I was just looking at my promotion order to Captain, issued 31 Oct 84, but effective 03 Dec 83. They say VOCO confirmed. I don't recall exactly when the promotion board met, but it was quite a bit before 31 Oct. I found out via two telephone calls, one from my active duty supervisor (I was an IMA, like Major Cook) and one from my inactive duty training detachment CO, well before the paper orders arrived.
Thanks for the explanation.
I’m not saying it’s not a legal order, I’m just an old timer asking if that’s how it’s done nowadays.
Doesn’t seem proper, IMHO.
No, O-3, except for Navy and Coast Guard, where they are O-6. Navy O-3 is Lietentent. All the officer grades wear the same insignia though. "Railroad tracks" for O-3, Eagle for O-6 (Colonel/Captain). See this DoD page
O-5 is Lt. Colonel/Commander, with silver oak leaf insignia.
That very thing was discussed within the last couple weeks. I don’t recall which thread, sorry. Sr. arrived before the other students came and that in itself leads to asking why he was special other than being the son of a informant for the insurgence. Check the Obamafile.com.
Lt. Easterling should still be a plaintiff with Taitz
emails are "signed" these days, if you set them up that way. I work on an Army post, and all the stuff I send gets signed. My CAC card, (ID card with embeded chip and magnetic strip) is used to verify that I'm me when I send an email. Of course if you don't have access to the server which verifies the signatures (via a public key, you sign with your private key. It would take too long to explain, and I only kinda sorta undertstand it myself.
But you shouldn't let an old guy teach a young'un like you about modern new fangled stuff.
I was on active duty, as a very junior officer, from '73 to '75.
I’ve been looking at some that sort of thing. Found a blog by the son of someone else who was in the “first contingent”. All on one aircraft, but there were 81 of them, spread across various schools around the country.
Good luck to you, sir.
“Just get the professional version of Acrobat.”
Easy for you to say, that thing costs over a hundred bucks, my wife already thinks I spend to much on this computer as it is.
This is the conversation:
Self: Honey, I need to spend a hundred dollars on software to win arguments on Free Republic.
Wife: That *&^% computer!
Thanks for the links.
Then again, do we really know if Easterling joined any lawsuit?
