'This is an issue where the federal government has no business'

Montana statehouse

Supporters of a first-of-a-kind law in Montana that declared weapons or ammunition made and kept in the state were exempt from federal rules are preparing for a court challenge to the federal government's insistence it will regulate those items.

The Montana Shooting Sports Association and the Second Amendment Foundation have formed a strategic alliance with plans to litigate over the Montana Firearms Freedom Act.

The bill was passed by the 2009 Montana Legislature and signed into law by Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer.

Liberals have wanted this to 'weaken' the US. Like I said, they don't know what they are messing with.

They will believe their media's lies, spin and dismissal of America's heart to the point of their total FAIL.

These are all meaningless if states don’t include full-autos and large bore guns.

Yes, I had figured that one out years ago. Good clarification for those who might be wondering, though.

I won’t be able to save enough money to move if it gets dicey fast. I’m hoping for January or February.

Aggressive state action against the Federal tyrany is needed and needed fast. Only the state governments have to power to limit or shut down the fedral nightmare.

We, as patriots, need to fight locally to assure veto-proof majorities of conservatives in our state legislators. There is nothing most of us can do about Pelosi, Reid, Obama, Fwank or any of the other federal elitists, but we can sure bring down our local Democrat/Socialist doofuses who empower these jerks. Start in tyour state capital and at your public Universities. Leftists are the enemy of the people and must be deneutered.

Conservative governors need to meet in crisis session to plan a strategy of shutting the fed monster down to protect our freedoms.

Not all of us in the Liberal haven that is NYC are Liberal, either. Some of us are marooned here without the means to move out at the moment.

This would seem to be the only hope for constitutional governance — take over state governments and then repeal ALL of the liberal nonsense enacted over the past 40 years.

Perhaps.

But a minority of Americans seperated us from Mother England.

Mind, at this point we’re not talking literal war, but war by other means.

First let’s try the Constitution and start abiding by it from within our states by laying down markers and saying, Federals, forget about it

“Still, I don’t believe for a second the the Military of today would KILL their family members. “

No, but they would move against a compound or enclave of extremist radicals who are suspected of making bombs, molesting children, and posessing machine guns.

They won’t necessarily move against a neighborhood, you are right.

“most of these state will be among those that separate from the USA and become part of a separate Conservative nation.”

I would prefer a Constitutional nation to a “Conservative” one, a written constitution that must be adhered to on penalty of treason is a things, a hard and fast guidebook.

A Constitution written from a strict Conservative standpoint might be workable though.

Funny, the same thing was said when our founders told the Brits to go eff themselves!
