Will President Obama "seize power overnight" in a move to consolidate White House control of the U.S. government?
That's the fear of Fox News anchor Glenn Beck who discussed the issue at length today with another broadcasting powerhouse, radio's Rush Limbaugh.
"I fear this government, this administration has so much framework already prepared, that they will seize power overnight before anybody even gives it a second thought," Beck said.
His comment came as he was analyzing the changing nature of the media since Obama's election, citing the administration's close ties with the NBC network, owned by corporate giant General Electric:
If you watch what could only be called the administration's organ – anything involved with GE or NBC – you've got [GE CEO] Jeffrey Immelt on the board of the Federal Reserve, you have him in the Oval Office consulting not only on health care, but the financial situation, and they are an organ. If you watch MSNBC, I contend that you will see the future because they are laying the ground for a horrible event ... anything from the right, there's some awful event and I fear this government, this administration has so much framework already prepared, that they will seize power overnight before anybody even gives it a second thought.
Limbaugh responded, "I don't think they're going to be able to seize it overnight without anybody knowing about it."

So he's (Soros) "just the front man". He's still the name behind ruined economies around the world. He must have ticked off a lot of wealthy people who lost their fortunes. It's hard to imagine them letting him get away with it-even if he is "just the front man".
I do respect many cops. I also know our local cops, being social friends with some.

Yeah, there’s been a vague sense of uneasiness for the last couple of years that has grown incrementally every month that O has been in office. I think that the group that put him in office is patient. They don’t need to take ultimate power tomorrow, they’ll step-by-step things until any sort of resistance is nominal. They control most of the media, already. How many taxpayer dollars are already being funneled into groups like Apollo, Acorn, and some of these other groups in the shadows? The rat machine has made it so they can operate at a cash surplus against any other opposition, using your own money against you. They have harnessed government in their effort to control government.

Wrong; ‘one more vote’ and the USSC can kiss its legitimacy goodbye and be hung as traitors. They do NOT have the power to rewrite the Constitution and things like “Congress shall pass no Ex Post Facto law or Bill of Attainder” are VERY well defined, just as the amendment barring more than 2 presidential terms is.

“I think there is some real big trouble coming down the pike.
1. Obama has the banks, financial institutions, car companies, “green manufacturers” (GE), and is attempting to get the healthcare industry including doctors, hospitals, nurses, and insurance companies.
2. Obama is creating a civillian military force as powerful and as well funded as the regular army.
3. The CIA is going to be investigated and my guess, made impotent in order to prevent them from carrying out their tasks.
4. Interrogations are going to be conducted by a “Task Force” that answers only to the President and not to the military, FBI or CIA.
5. Just as healthcare is about to blow up in their face, I think something is going to happen.
All of this stuff has happened at a record pace, so fast we barely know what has hit us. Now that we have begun to see the detrimental change that is occuring, it seems as though we may be able to stop a healthcare takeover.
Rahm Emmanuel has stated “never let a crisis go to waste.”
With what I have mentioned above does it seem likely that a major crisis is on its way, so big, and so disastrous, it will allow the government to sieze control over anything it wants including individuals?
Is it possible that they are going to allow a major attack to succeed on American soil and no one will be able to stop it because the people who be able to stop will be out of the loop?
Am I out of line on this?

Not that it surprises me, just that particularly forced relocation should be antithetical to the American spirit, especially given its relationship with governments that kill their own populations.
Define overnight:
1. He’s got the banks.
2. He’s got two of three car companies.
3. He’s got the unions.
4. He’s got a major insurance company, and is coming after the health insurance industry.
5. He’s got the media, save AM talk radio and Fox, which if you consider that the media industry is in the ownership hands of about 118 people, it’s saying something.
6. Just marginalized the CIA - do your job, and we are coming after you.
7. $1B to ACORN. Between SEIU and ACORN, you have an effective ‘brownshirt’ force.
He’s been in office less than a year. That’s a pretty good piece of work.
The Americorp approach will indoctrinate millions and millions of youth and willing elders into the cult of the obama-nation. These inductees will be paid and put to work on make work projects and feel good tasks.
Eventually, the Americorp alums will be so sold on the cult that they will be the influence tool put to work in communities.
First, they will be called to talk, then get in your face if you disagree with the 'wave sweeping the wounded nation'. Eventually, most folks will buckle under the pressure from insistent voices and the grwoing scarcity of food and fuel.
Finally, a well observed body of elites will be taken aside to form the numbers of an armed protector force, to stop violence in struggling communities.
This process is the wedding of Communist, Fascism, and societal engineering. Right now, there are literally millions who are speaking out against the communistic takeover of the healthcare industry. But right now we are well fed and housed and have gas to drive to townhall meetings and still get to the grocery, work, and church.
As the Obama nation takes more fascist control over industries buckling under threeats, the federal oligarchy will hodl the U.S. in a strangling grip with which to stifle dissent, cower the moderates, and starve the unfaithful tot he Obama wave. Eventually, after a few of U.S. scattered across the nation take up arms and resist the fascist bastards, even those guns will be silenced by the trained 'peacekeepers' sent to make life safer for those in compliance with dictates from the lord high obama and his fascist czars/advisers.
What the blustering do not understand is, the process will not happen in such a way as to allow a clear line of demarcation. Communities will be fractured by an onslaught of propaganda fromt he enemy fifth column--once called the fourth estate, by deabtes allowed to happen under ever increasing scarcities, and by community organizing 'to hold on while the hard times pass'.
The massing of tens or hundreds of resisters will not happen in the populated centers because the vast majority of dependent sheeple will be led to see resisting the obama nation as a threat to their personal and family survival. These sheeple will be the willing allies in pointing out whom is the cink in the cogs. Some of U.S. will die with William Wallace's battle cry on our lips, and find true freedom. The vast majority will whimper and cry to be protected by the organized community and it's elite forces.
The Fascist of today may have hate to spare int heir hearts, but they are not stupid and their conquering of Amerika and sweeping away the Old Republic will hear mostly 'feed us' rather than free us.
The obama nation will own you within seven years. If you resist, first your peers will urge you to keep still, then your family will urge you to not endanger them by speaking out, then your community will place you on a list of dangerous persons threatening the peace and safety of the community. You will submit, or you will be swept aside. And there are tens of thousands of blodd-in-their eyes haters of conservatives who will be the first to enlist in the elite forces when they are established. They will oerate at small community level while treavel and fuel are severely rationed.
I think he meant overnight in the literal sense. As in possibly tonight.
