Should Rep. Trent Franks go ahead with his plan to file a lawsuit to put Barack Obama on the spot about his birthplace?
Yes. Obama needs to be held accountable.
No. This fringe group already has gone too far.

What a stupid poll. Franks himself says that he is not pursuing a lawsuit, opines that Obama was born in Hawaii when it was a state and plainly states the reason why he is not going forward with the lawsuit.
The question should be: "Should Obama release his long form birth certificate"? If it's going to be about Franks, the question should be: "Should Franks reconsider his decision to not sue Obama?"

They've been dancing around it. Mention that he's not issued a long form certificate, but then throw in an opinion disguised as reporting saying that he shouldn't have to.
Also, the media is starting to run stories about other disputed presidential birthplaces. For example, there's a dispute about the exact birthplace of Chester Arthur.

YES for God’s sake!! When, in the history of this country, has ANYONE EVER seen a poll that said that 74% of Americans believe that the POTUS is a natural born citizen? It was never a thought until now.
