US Rep. Trent Franks, R-Arizona, held a townhall meeting in Kingman, Arizona. Some 950 people attended the boisterous event in a local church. Franks said it would take 34,000 years to pay off the indebtedness incurred by the Obama administration.
He said that Obama's eligibility was one of the hottest topics that included concerns about national defense, stimulus spending, health-care bills and the "cash-for-clunkers" program.
Franks is considering a lawsuit to establish Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidency. Franks said there is conflicting evidence on the question of Obama's status as a "natural born citizen."

A Delaware State Senate seat——reliably Democrat for forty years in a heavily Dem district-——was just won by a Republican by an unbelievable thirty (yep, that’s thirty) percentage points.
The gold standard was no better, and is part of what caused the depression in the 30's.
But, if you think gold is so great, buy some. I'm sure Obama will appreciate it when they come confiscate it again, like they did in the 30's.
