Yeah, well I'm one of those unreasonable types who believes an adult should be responsible for her own safety. She was walking near a pool with splashing dolphins, and could presumably SEE that the surface was wet.
She should have exercised greater care, especially if (likely) she is the only person who fell there. If others were falling in the same place, then the venue had a problem. Otherwise, the PERSON had a problem.
I’m only surprised that she isn’t suing for 50 million. Must be expensive, keeping that hair red.
That's it? Really? Shouldn't there be a few more 0's. I mean stupid lawsuits have to start at least a cool million.

I did say something outloud while the wife was nudging me to be more quiet but screw it. The reason why this goes on is because we all stay silent.

What’s scary is that this lady who sat and watched water get splashed onto the floor, while she sat next to a large pool filled with dolphins, needed a sign to tell her that the floor could be slippery.
The SIGNS are for people who are walking in an area that ISN’T usually slippery and for whatever reason IS at that moment.
What’s next? Signs at a water park that the ground may be wet?
