It would seem she has a case, however. Like it or not, places are obligated to provide a safe environment. I would think a non slip surface in an area known to get wet would be a no brainer.

Yeah, well I'm one of those unreasonable types who believes an adult should be responsible for her own safety. She was walking near a pool with splashing dolphins, and could presumably SEE that the surface was wet.

She should have exercised greater care, especially if (likely) she is the only person who fell there. If others were falling in the same place, then the venue had a problem. Otherwise, the PERSON had a problem.

no some people are just so stupid they need signs , course they do not read them but they still need them

keep track now

it’s like the women who sued dunkin donuts because the coffee spills and burned her.

she gets a hot coffee, she puts it between her legs, she drives off and it spills

she sues

now if the coffee had been cold what is the betting she would be moaning about that

you see some people are just too stupid for this world, she is one of them.

lawsuits are the quick way of getting that caddy or other nice car
once all money goes then complain how bad things are for themselves again

She probably should have been more careful, but I bet you the legal system will see it differently.
