My favorite occured last night when I answered the phone to participate in Senator Casey's (D-Pa) Tele-Town Hall. When I picked up the phone, I received a message from the Senator stating that he was sorry I was unavailabe to participate. I was then disconnected and not able to get back in. Tried *69, but he used an blocked number, called all of his offices but they were already closed.

My favorite moment is watching Ezekiel Emanuel getting confronted about rationing policy papers.

He’s on a panel created by the stimulus bill, called Federal Council on Comparative Effectiveness Research. They are taking a look at what procedures should be covered on who, with cost cutting in mind. This is rationing, denial of care, or a death panel depending on what terminology you want to use.
(Obama needs two to three trillion dollars in savings from rationing to pay for the uninsured, this panel will start to get it for him)

This panel had a public Q&A session... ok it’s not a town hall but it’s good enough for this thread.

The person confronting Ezekiel in this video is a Larouche loyalist, which means he is really nutty on some things to a degree that would make typical freepers really disgusted. But put that aside for a moment and enjoy this video and Ezekiel’s reaction, because he’s right on the money here.
