OK, I'm confused.
Obama just blasted the Bush administration for passing the prescriptions for seniors bill without funding it; thereby increasing the deficit. In answering the next question, he touted the stimulus money spent on COBRA to pick up 65% of the cost for people.
I think he forgot to mention how that was funded and further increased the deficit.....on his watch.
