Please call me skeptical. It's a label I proudly wear. Since my first day of second grade, when I traded my homemade chocolate-chip cookies for a smooth-talking fourth-grader's out-of-ink ballpoint pen, I've been a wary consumer.
So, if a presidential candidate tries to hand me a barebones certificate of live birth in lieu of a valid, long-form birth certificate, my skeptical antennae go on alert. I automatically question his motives and whether or not he may be trying to play a little fast and loose with the U.S. Constitution. When that same president purportedly spends over a million dollars on legal fees, merely to keep a simple document sealed, then I'm starting to become curiouser and curiouser.
All in all, though, I might be able to get past the whole long-form birth certificate issue if this president had released the whole host of other life documentation, generally required for high-level job applications.
To whit, what is in the following documents that might diminish the Obama "narrative," as sold to the public by marketing guru, David Axelrod, and a strangely incurious media?
* Panahou Academy school records, 5th through 12th grades * Occidental College records, including financial aid information. * Columbia University records, including the missing senior thesis and financial aid information. * Harvard University records, including information on how a student who never wrote anything (that can be found) was elected president of the prestigious law review, and including information on how Harvard Law School was afforded by humble community agitator, Barack Obama. * Obama's Illinois state senate records and papers, mysteriously lost.

Although I’m a ‘birther’, I’m not crazy about the term. It’s too focused on just the long-form birth certificate. I want ALL of his records released. We need to come up with a term/phrase that can be used to describe folks who want all of Zero’s records released.

I remember when the birth certificate stuff starting coming up last fall, I thought it was BS. But the fact that Obama and his people dodge the question at every turn has turned my eyebrow up. The best way to fuel a conspiracy is to refuse to talk about it.

At this juncture, every single American of every political stripe might want to claim the title, "Birther." It is, after all, as American as apple pie to simply and politely say, "Show me."

For all the people who are saying that the other documents are more important (visa, school financing, etc.), I say to you: Our battle is your battle. Our victory will be your victory, our defeat will be your defeat. The birth certificate is the point of the spear, the flash point of the battle, the point where victory or defeat will be determined. It is important.
According to a focus group participant on Hannity last night you are a birther if you have a son with cerebral pasly, are a stay at home mom, don’t want the government dictating who shall live and who shall lie.........then you are all birthers.

Our Constitution requires that a president be a natural born citizen. No law (Congress) can modify the constitution, and there is no active law which bears upon the common law definition of natural born citizen, though it is cited in a half dozen Supreme Court cases. The only way the common law definition can be changed is by amending the constitution, and that amendment has been proposed in Congress at least twenty four times. There were over a dozen law review articles before Obama's election questioning the natural born citizen provision. Some were by obvious Obama associates - some not so obvious. But Article II is law.
The birth certificate is a diversion. If and when our legal system does its duty to respect, protect and obey our constitution, and our representatives and officers of the court stop committing the felony of failing to act upon recognizing a federal crime, a judge will initiate the discovery process, which Obama will fight, but which will force exposure of all those documents - unless Obama resigns, which I suspect he will do.
He has told us in two autobiographies that his father was a non-citizen. He is depending upon our ignorance of the constitution, and upon the natural reaction that most have when someone boldly states a fact; we think “OK, that must be legal or he wouldn't have told us!” No. In both the common law as defined by our Supreme Court in numerous cases, and in British Common Law, which we partly replaced with our Constitution, allegiance is passed from the father to the son. Our common law, defined as such by Chief Justice Marshall and many others, using Vattel’s Law of Nations as the defining legal dictionary, says born on our soil of parents who are citizens.
The Alinsky way is to call originalists “Birthers”. The birth certificate is irrelevant, though certainly interesting. Obama’s passports are probably (thank you Donofrio) of more relevance, since they will confirm Obama’s British, or Kenyan, or Indonesian citizenship. It all began with his father, the Marxist Muslim, and that is where it should have stopped. It would have stopped if McCain didn't also have natural born problems.
What we all know is that we don't know Obama's allegiances. Observing Article II Section 1 would have spared us this assault on the liberties we value, because the British Citizen in the White house has little allegiance to our principles and people. He has the audacity to think he can remake our government and write a new constitution, as both he and George Soros have publically discussed. He didn't succeed as a U.S. Senator campaigning for his cousin Odinga, the East German trained Communist, who promised Sharia law for 90% Christian Kenya within six months of becoming President. But the defeat cost the lives of over a thousand Kenyans, attacked by Muslim thugs. The peaceful way to reject Obama is through our Constitution. We don't allow children of non-ciitizen to be commander in chief. That is Article II, Section 1 Clause 5.

Add to that the passport records that Obama feloniously "cauterized". This subject goes far beyond whether he lied to be president; it goes to just what kind of criminal we're dealing with.
There’s a reason for using the term to define us. Using the term “birther” successfully hides the fact that his past has been hidden and focuses on just the BC which has been easy for them to dismiss. I haven’t seen any SRM article that states we want to see all his hidden records. Hence we can be dismissed as “nuts” rather than seekers of the truth.
