Obama is a liar but what makes it worse, in my opinion, he is delusional. Nothing he says can be believed.
The fee schedule he was referring to (CMS jurisdiction O) actually does apply to the 56th and 57th states, so he was technically correct. Look it up.

Most people will never hear about it because the media won’t report it. Maybe Krauthammer and the rest of the inside-the-beltway Republicrats will lose confidence in Obama. The fact that they had any in the first place is reason enough to take everything they say with a grain of salt.
