Harry Reid is in big trouble (he's not the only Dem senator facing grim re-election prospects)
American Thinker ^ | 8/11/2009 | Richard Baehr

Posted on 08/11/2009 11:09:11 AM PDT by SeekAndFind

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid may now be the most endangered incumbent Seantor running in the 2010 cycle. In a state where Barack Obama won by 12%, Reid has only 34% support for re-election, and trails a possible GOP challenger by 6%.

Connecticut Senator and Countrywide Financial favorite son Chris Dodd, also trails his likely GOP challenger, former Congressman Rob Simmons, by a similar high single digit margin.

[Unfortunately, that means to do a little bidness, one has to ‘work’ with that *^&^%$&*^^%!!! ]

It’s not just the Reids, but mobster Goodman as well.

No problem. His army of SEIU blueshirts will pull it off for him.

If it becomes obvious in 2010 that the election process is hopelessly corrupted,

expect a lot of people to reach for the next box of liberty.

How many Senate dems are up for re-election in 2010?

"It’s not just the Reids, but mobster Goodman as well."

That's a name I'm not familiar with - haven't worked Public Integrity Unit in a long while.

First name? TIA

How does Sue compare against Danny Tarkanian or Ty Cobb?

Don’t know, honestly. I am speaking general election, not any one house. Dems are going to get lambasted. Will R’s get both houses? Who knows, but the losses that dems will face, up and down the ballot in 2010 will be mindboggling.

And yet he still doesn’t have the brains to distance himself from ObaMao, Pelosi and the rest of the gang. Guess he would rather be majority leader for the next 17 months than senator for the next 7 years.

Is Lowden another Paul Laxalt or another Lindsey Graham? What else can you tell us about Lowden?

must say, in the last election, ACORN was very active in Nevada. I am quite concerned about whether we will ever have another fair election in the US. Hope I’m wrong...

Barb Boxer (California), Ron Wyden (Oregon), and Patty Murray (Washington) are not unbeatable either.

Read in the Fresno Bee today that Babs Boxer is falling in the polls and could fall to a strong Republican challenger.

Somewhere in between your two posts, I hope there simply a decisive shift away from this insane cabal of idealogical zealots intent on destroying whatever they can get their hands on so that the rest of us can quit worrying every day about what they will turn their attention to next. I’d love to see a rout but I’d be happy with a quiet repudiation.

[Danny Tarkanian]

IMHO Danny is too unfocused, another Ensign. Not a bad guy, just not who you want in the position. Sue is more a fighter, and is better positioned.

I don’t know all the details of Lowden’s positions. You have to understand, this is a complicated town. Everyone has a little toilet paper stuck to their shoes. You go with the best you can, and I can tell you Reid is of the worst.

Pray, people. PRAY!!

Obama may bring the Dem party down and end up inadvertently saving the country he hates.
