That is distinctly against what Obama has said himself. In reference to ‘rounding up’ Islamic people, he said he would always side with Islam.

Exactly who is going to be "resettled," and why?
You forgot:
6. Tea party attendees
7. Townhall attendees
8. People reported as spreading disinformation on ObamaCare

No, I don’t believe the military as a whole would do it. But, I believe the conditions can be created where portions of the military would do it, given time and the process of selection, transer, etc to ‘special units’.

Well said. I trust the military more than I trust certain other components of our government.

That’s kind of harsh.
What we are seeing here is plans being made to hold people against their will, by the military, apparently without due process of law.
We have a right to ask questions. We have an obligation to ask questions. We have a duty to try to preserve the rights and responsibilities of average J6P American.
And having seen the original ad, I can tell you it seems to be aimed at those of the younger crowd, high school students and recent grads. Like this whole thing was Gameboy or something.

I agree, I think most of the military would tell zer0 to stuff it though there are a few who would listen to him, those are the numbers he might be trying to build.
Remember the video's of the Nat. Guard confiscating guns in NO after Katrina?

Please cite some proof here, or perhaps a fact. Without some actual information, it is just as reasonable to argue that they are going to use NASA to relocate all dissenters to the moon. So far I have seen no factual information to back up any of this.

Do you really think that most of the National Guard would be likely to follow orders to do this? I may be slightly optimistic, but I believe much of the National Guard is there because they hold freedoms of US citizens at the very heart of their enlistments.

If you read the proposed bill, you will see it covers exactly what taxtruth says.

I admit I'm skeptical but I was also skeptical that this country would ever elect a Marxist as POTUS.
In light of the recent activities against citizens protesting his precious health care plan, my skepticism is waning, infortunately.

“Our troops have nothing to do with the political orders that come down from above.”
Indeed. But they have everything to do with executing said orders. Your comment begs to question of what “our troops” will do when directed to execute an unconstitutional order “from above”. It is a rather pregnant question that cannot (and must not) be ignored.
In your opinion, how would this be aswered?

The camps are for the right wing mobs roaming the countryside
and terrorizing elected representatives. Mobs like this one: Hat tip: Dana Loesch at http://thedanashow.wordpress.com/

All of those pesky seniors who were protesting Obama’s socialist health care legislation can now be relocated to these camps. That way they can keep them off the streets and out of his face. Once there, Obama can give them mandatory “end of life counseling.”

Do you have link to the “proposed bill” so I can read it? I thought this thread was about a job opening/recruiting ad for the National Guard.
