Phila. Officer Attempts Background Check On Obama Reporting Walt Hunter PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3)
CBS 3 has learned a Philadelphia Police officer is under investigation after attempting to perform a background check on the President of the United States.
Police said an officer with the 18th District did a search on President Barack Obama from his patrol car computer, which is normally used to provide instant background information on suspects.
The search was immediately flagged and an investigation was launched. Officials said no personal information of the President was released.
The officer currently remains on duty, but could face disciplinary action pending the outcome of the investigation.
In a similar incident last month, two officers in Georgia were suspended after using the county computer system to run a background check on the President.

An “idiot cop”, NO. Just one guy who thinks the American public just might have a right to know who and what the acting president is! Besides, the secret service will be too busy investigating all of those DANGEROUS conservatives at the Town Halls!

Yeah, what’s the problem here, he saw a crime in progress (theft of the Republic) and initiated an investigation of the lead suspect.

Not to mention being suspended from using the Pennsylvania LEO computer network for some time.
EVERY certified user is warned repeatedly that this is to be used for bonafide investigations ONLY. Other uses are found out and punished. Every keystroke on network is recorded.

This means the FBI and other organizations are covering for Barry.
Otherwise, there are 100’s of people who could do such a search.
His mistake was he should have searched for:
Barry Soetoro
Probably would have found numerous parking tickets from
Barry’s college days!
Still would like to know how he legally changed his name from
Barry Soetoro to BHO.
You can do background checks on the average citizen, but not the president?
He was just checking for outstanding parking tickets.....
