On Saturday, Orly Taitz filed in federal court the forged Kenyan birth certificate for President Obama that she'd discovered. It lasted in the file for less than a week -- on Thursday, a judge ordered the motion that Taitz had submitted stricken from the court record....
In the order, which can be downloaded in PDF form here, the judge says the motion was improperly filed "for the following reasons: Lacks proper notice; improper form and format; Counsel failed to identify her Cal. State Bar No.; description of motion conflicts or differs from that which counsel entered on Court's e-docket."
Taitz could file another motion, accompanied again by the forged birth certificate -- but she'll have to overcome the mistakes she made with this filing, and that might prove difficult. The electronic court record for the case, in which she's representing Alan Keyes, among others, is filled with similar procedural errors on her part.
Not that it would matter anyway -- the document is a proven fake, and the Australian birth certificate on which it was apparently based has already been discovered. Plus, on Thursday an anonymous person came forward claiming to be the source of the forgery, and with evidence to suggest that it was all a hoax, one designed to further discredit the Birthers....

There are a lot of conservative law professors in this country, but not one has ever wanted to touch the birth certificate/natural-born citizen cases with a 10-foot pole. I think that says something right there.

Hawaii state Sen. Will Espero, a Democrat, has confirmed plans to introduce legislation through which the state’s lawmakers would force the public disclosure of all President Obama’s birth documents held by the Hawaii Department of Health, including President Obama’s long-form original birth certificate.
Espero told WND his bill is aimed at “giving citizens access to birth records” under a standard of government transparency which would permit journalists to request in writing the public disclosure of vital birth records including long-form birth certificates of all persons born in Hawaii. He said it would include the release of birth records on those previously born in Hawaii.
“My decision to file the legislation was primarily a result of the fuss over President Obama’s birth records and the lingering questions,” Espero said.
Espero told WND that he believes President Obama was born in Hawaii.
I know there are a tiny few Repubs who aren’t eunuchs or otherwise trembling in fear.

His remarks in his republican mad cow disease article goes on republicans feel Bush and Cheney were not responsible for 9/11. If we are attacked again in their minds it will still be bush and cheneys fault.
You go further with his recommended reading you realize he stands for everything I am against and against the things I am for. One article talks about hokey Reagan and thinly veiled racism at the RNC convention of that era. He never spoke about anything racist happening, just put it in there. Did mention how Fox news plays loose with truth but no mention how or where. He seemed angry that the republican party had what he called their own news channel.

The articles hate conservative brown shirts mob rule. They want tougher cap and tax. Obama needs to get tougher. Wants the wealthy to pay for everything because they can afford it. Fair is not in their vocabulary.
Looking at this, which ones are we allowed to fight back on? If everything we do not want is against their policies and make us crazies then we just sit on our hands and say, it's all good. There is no proof Obama or his mother was born in the US but thats okay. The next president from saudi arabia? Thats okay. I will just sit here and watch.
Why is it idiocy to ask for proof from Obama? Why is he exempt from showing his BC and from his HC plan? Why does everyone else have to sacrifice but he is spending taxpayer dollars and having a blast? What is acceptable for us to fight for? Do we take a poll and 2/3 of the Constitution loving citizens vote for it then we can stand up for our rights?
If someone calls another stupid or crazy,shouldn't they have the evidence to prove what they say?
You know how axelturf changes words and themes in Obama's agenda so they get a different response? Like war on terror is now, man mad disaster?
We should change our theme in this fight. WE believe Obama was born in Hawaii, but we need legislation for future problems. Once the legislation is passed,Obama cannot run in 2012 without showing his BC. Let's face it, obama could show he was born in Ossama Bin Ladens family and he is not going anywhere for now.
It isn't DeMint that brought the numbers in Congress down. It is a combination of factors. I'm not privvy to any scientific data here, but from my perspective, the reason the GOP is way down in Congress relates to the Bush Administration's failure to adequately counter 8 years of attacks from the media. The GOP party itself also failed to counter the attacks.
If the conservative movement is to be resurrected, it will be due to someone in the party successfully steering the mainstream media into more of an objective posture.
It is too bad all of these attorneys do not get together and help each other. But isn't it funny, Orly with her mistakes has gotten as far or further than any of the ones who have been in law forever?
I admire and appreciate Orly’s efforts but she needs somebody to reviw what she is filing. It is too important. Allan Keyes is a good guy but he needs to work with her to improve the filings.

There are a few strong enough to stand up and say, I have a right to question what is going on. I am not afraid of obama's power and his refusal to rule of law. They are afraid of obama.
But you must ask yourself why Obama's attorneys would threaten media if he has nothing to hide. Common sense says that if media wanted the facts they are easily found yet they act like it is not important or they say it is settled long ago. Really? Then place the court ruling or the official truth that settled it.
I will be waiting for the persons name and talk show host to be revealed. And I am wondering if it also was a threat made to foxnews and they took it serious hook, line and sinker.

Wade through the 20 or so irrelevant or misleading paragraphs in the affidavit and you find that Baro claims that he sent un-named “investigators” to the neighborhood, and that he claims that they told him that she told them that she didn’t remember any Obamas living next door. Note that there is nothing from Mrs. Arakaki herself, nor even from the un-named investigators. Nothing but third-person hearsay, which combined with the affidavit being un-notarized, insulates Baro from a charge of perjury.
It also makes Baro’s statement pure garbage as any kind of evidence.
Think for a minute: Baro sends out investigators to interview neighbors, and they don’t get the neighbors to sign anything, they don’t bring a video recorder or voice recorder to document their interviews, they come back with nothing but (according to Baro) their word? Were these “investigators” named Larry, Moe, and Curly, and did they perhaps break the video camera trying to get it open to load some super-8mm film into the camera? My BS detector is going off full-blast.

OBAMA: THROWING PAPUA UNDER THE BUS
By An American Expat in Southeast Asia – Larry Martin
In an article entitled “ A Forgotten Cause” ¹, Peter Tatchell sheds light on the plight of the West Papuans, many of whom are Christians and have suffered under Indonesia’s brutal policy of ethnic and religious persecution. The untold story though is how the Obama campaign would sell out the West Papuans in a desperate attempt to protect Obama’s presidential bid.
On the 3rd of July, 2007, U.S. Congressman Eni Faleomavaega would touch down in Djakarta, Indonesia. A staunch, outspoken critic of Djakarta’s rule over West Papua, New Guinea, and a crusader for West Papua’s right to self determination, the chairman of the House Subcommittee on Asia, the Pacific and the Global Environment, Faleomavaega promised to be a force to be reckoned with.
Having been barred from visiting Papua by the Indonesian government, Faleomavaega would instead settle for a private meeting in Djakarta with Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Barnabas Suebu, the governor for the Indonesian province of Papua. The Papuan issue though wasn’t the only thing on his mind, being one of Barack Obama’s most devoted disciples, Faleomavaega would be seeking the Indonesian government’s assistance in supporting Barack Obama’s presidential campaign as well as making the requisite pilgrimage to Barack Obama’s childhood school.
According to Indonesian sources, “officials” who accompanied Faleomavaega were interested in acquiring any and all documentation of photographs of a young Barry Soetoro for America’s “national archives” and they were offering cash, lots of it. In a show of faith, Barack Obama’s childhood school would be one of the very first beneficiaries of this outpouring, receiving thousands of dollars to upgrade the school and for the purchase of computer equipment, thanks in part to the benevolence of this visiting junket.
The challenge, of course, was securing Indonesian government records potentially damaging to Barack Obama’s candidacy for the U.S. presidency as well as other records pertaining to a young Barry Soetoro and his family wouldn’t be so easy to acquire and secure. For this the visitors would need the assistance and cooperation of the Indonesian government.
It’s not that getting Indonesian government help is difficult, it’s not. It is no secret that Indonesia is one of the most corrupt countries on the planet, but we’re not talking about the challenge of dealing with corrupt government officials here, but rather dealing with the “true believers of change”. Convincing the Indonesian government that an Obama presidency will be able to deliver that “change”, and that it was in the interest of both countries to see that Barack Obama was elected, was nothing more than a fait accompli for Faleomavaega’s entourage.
For West Papua’s governor in attendance, having been pacified at the prospect that an Obama presidency would enable him to make zillions trading carbon credits on the Chicago Climate Exchange. Barnabas Suebu would sit quietly as the fate of West Papua was decided.
The only issue of contention Faleomavaega would face from the Indonesian government would be the issue of West Papua. In the end, it was simply a give and take situation. The Obama campaign needed assistance from the Indonesian government and the Indonesian government wanted a free hand in Papua.
Later concerning Faleomavaega’s meeting, Indonesian presidential spokesman Dino Patti Djalal² would have this to say: “One thing that is sure is that Faleomavaega’s visit here has changed his views about Indonesia. It has made him realize this country is so vast and complex it cannot be reduced by the Papua issue…” Dino said Faleomavaega was known as a member of the U.S. Congress who often commented on the Papuan issue but now he had changed his views. “He now sees that Papua is inalienable part of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
Faleomavaega’s meeting with Indonesia’s president regarding West Papua and his subsequent flip-flop on supporting West Papua’s right to self-determination is something that you might think would warrant at least a press release on the congressman’s website. But there is nothing, nor is there any mention on the House Subcommittee’s site. No press release, nothing, not even a mere mention of his trip to Indonesia.
In the end everyone got what they wanted, all to the detriment of the West Papuans.
There is no denying the fact that the prospect of an Obama presidency has emboldened the Indonesian government’s brutal repression in Papua. In an earlier article, we explained in detail how an Obama presidency would stoke ethnic and religious chauvinism in Indonesia, and how Indonesia’s Islamic fundamentalists will use an Obama presidency to radicalize a new contingent of militants from the ranks of Islam’s moderates. Individuals who are mesmerized by the phantasmagorical image of one of their own now inhabiting the White House, and who will see it as a sign of America’s impending submission and our nation’s acquiescence to the superiority of Islam. Tee-shirts blazoned with messianic images of Barack Hussein Obama have been very popular in Indonesia. In Indonesia, Barack Obama is fast becoming the “Che Guevara” of Indonesia’s young wannabe Islamists.
The Indonesian government is not only failing to protect the West Papuans from the violence of militant Islam, but the government is actively stoking the fires of ethnic and religious chauvinism and supporting intimidation against the West Papuans with many in recent day taking to the streets protesting the introduction of Islamic law.
For Indonesia’s national news agency to refer to the U.S government as the “George Bush administration”, highlights the dichotomy of opposing foreign policy positions that are being both presented and exploited by the left. That Indonesia would feel it was safe to renew their campaign of brutal repression in Papua during the last few month of the Bush administration, the diplomatic sabotage conducted by the Obama campaign is partially, if not wholly, responsible.

I agree with this in part. We need to press for such legislation for the future, perhaps for all running for federal (or even state) offices, and that’s definitely a way to even further legitimize our cause (since that is being called into question in an insanely biased fashion).
But we need to continue to specifically ask bammy to show his BC, and college records, in the spirit of ‘transparent government’ that that dim bulb crew promised. What a SICK JOKE that is, hey? What’s he hiding? Where’s the birth certificate? What nationality did he claim in his college aps?
