On Saturday, Orly Taitz filed in federal court the forged Kenyan birth certificate for President Obama that she'd discovered. It lasted in the file for less than a week -- on Thursday, a judge ordered the motion that Taitz had submitted stricken from the court record....
In the order, which can be downloaded in PDF form here, the judge says the motion was improperly filed "for the following reasons: Lacks proper notice; improper form and format; Counsel failed to identify her Cal. State Bar No.; description of motion conflicts or differs from that which counsel entered on Court's e-docket."
Taitz could file another motion, accompanied again by the forged birth certificate -- but she'll have to overcome the mistakes she made with this filing, and that might prove difficult. The electronic court record for the case, in which she's representing Alan Keyes, among others, is filled with similar procedural errors on her part.
Not that it would matter anyway -- the document is a proven fake, and the Australian birth certificate on which it was apparently based has already been discovered. Plus, on Thursday an anonymous person came forward claiming to be the source of the forgery, and with evidence to suggest that it was all a hoax, one designed to further discredit the Birthers....

I don’t know the details but in Orly Taitz complaint, she included that she has proof that bo has used 39 different Soc.Sec. #s throughout his life and has issued 147 (or so) different addresses. ????

This is exactly what she needs - someone to help her with the court's local rules and requirements.
The good news is, if you read the order, the underlying case still stands. It's just her motion that won't be considered due to the technical problems. This tells me that the judge is giving her another chance to get it right.

Orly has publicly claimed that Obama has gone by many different SS numbers. Speculation on FR ihas been that she paid for one of those record searches on Obama and perhaps did not sufficiently edit the material before making her claims. Apparently these searches will bring up SS numbers of people who lived at the same address, have similar names, etc.

She does need to get someone to proof read her filings and briefs. This Judge Carter case is like a gift because he is a fair judge.

Thanks. I appreciate her hard work. At least SOMEONE has the guts to challenge the usurper. Afterall, he could clear this all up in 5 minutes.
Don’t know how successful she’ll be but I applaud her.
She is lucky she has this judge but her previous filings have been sloppy as well. I would have thought she would have someone by now to proofread her stuff. I am sure there are volunteers but I bet she will not allow it.
I have dealt with Russians and people from the region. They are very smart but they are know it alls. They are always smarter then you are and they remind you all the time.
We have hit corrupt judges all teh way and somehow lucked out with Judge Carter. She needs to get some help ASAP.
So where is the Grand Jury investigation? Where is the Attorney General? Someone has committed a federal crime, a forgery, an attempt at identity theft of no less than the fake President of the United States. You would think the FBI would start an investigation as to who was actually behind this forgery. Unless, of course, it was one of Obama’s henchmen just following orders.

This is an example of the damage done to the conservative movement by this "birther" idiocy. It's like the old Twilight Zone episode "The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street".
She might be the only person to step up to the plate, but if she bats like Charlie Brown, that isn’t going to help us much.
I thought on the Savage show she talked of returning to Poland with her parents from Israel where she was from originally.
I initially read that as "the 'Judge Crater' case". Maybe it's just a mental connection inspired by the fact that both are lost in limbo.
