The preponderance of the evidence strongly favors the idea that the “Kenyan” COLB is bogus. It also strongly favors the idea that the hoax was perpetrated for the express purpose of discrediting the right, and casting doubt on any documents that may be uncovered in the future.

Demand that he provide all his records.
OK so this document may not have been real, but no one is saying for a fact that he was not born in Africa.
She is trying to get the right to review official records in Kenya to find the truth through the discovery process.
The task is very difficult -- to prove that Obama wasn't born in Kenya. Proving a negative is terribly hard, but it could be done in this case if Obama would provide proof that he was born in Hawaii. Since he refuses to do that, one must continue to pursue the possibility that there is proof of his birth at a location outside of Hawaii.
Kenyan government officials interviewed by WND sources in Kenya have pointed out a key difference in the Taitz document. In 1961, Mombasa was a part of Zanzibar, not the Coast Province of Kenya. The area was later ceded to Kenya.
Moreover, the African nation was the Dominion of Kenya until December 1964, after declaring independence in 1961. Kenya was not officially the Republic of Kenya until some 10 months after the Feb. 17, 1964, date on which the Taitz document purportedly was certified.
This is nothing but the Obama party line, being parroted by Kenya officials. As revealed by primary documents and contemporary reports here on other threads, this is simply untrue.
Zanzibar gave authority to the UK over the Coast Province in the late 19th century, and the province went to Kenya rather than Zanzibar before the date of the Kenyan COLB.
And Jomo Kenyatta declared that Kenya was a Republic on Republic Day in December 1963, not 1964.
As for the different formats, who knows? Does Corsi think he can go into Kenya and get a real 1964 COLB from someone? or will anyone he is allowed to get near be previously vetted by Odinga and his goons? I would bet on the latter.
Whether or not the certificate is real doesn’t matter. The fact is that he’s hiding his original BC and his academic records and he’s spending millions to keep them hidden.... WHY?
Keep in mind that Lightfoot vs. Bowen is still preceding in U.S. District Court, Santa Ana, CA. with Judge David O. Carter. That’s an Orly Taitz case challenging Obama.

This is twisted. They need to get Copy’s of BC’s filed in early 1964 if they want to find a comparable BC. Gees.. how lame can you get.. yea.. there would be a difference between the Long Forms of 1961 and the COLB like Copy of 1964.. this is bizarre..

I’m confused by the new Kenyan docs posted on WND. Although clearly different, they do not appear to be “apples to apples” comparisons.
The original Taitz BC is actually a “Certified Copy of Registration of Birth”. The new one is a “Return of Birth”. It seems the Taitz BC is a report that a Birth was registered in 1961, while the new one is actually a contamporaneous report of a birth. Likewise, I am checking now, but it seems they are from different sections of the country and may not represent forms that were in universal use in every district.
I may be grasping at straws. If so, so be it. FR is a place where we follow the facts, wherever they lead.
The two cannot even be compared. In the WND article, images of an ACTUAL, original birth certificate were shown.
The Kenyan document that Orly Taitz submitted was not in any way an original birth certificate. It was a “Certified copy of a Birth Registration”, generated 3 years later. This would be the equivalent of a “Certification of Live Birth” from Kenya, or, a COLB.
If the Kenyan document is authentic, it would have been generated to support, for example, a divorce proceeding where paternity would need to be established.
This is a loaded sentence.
WND obtained several samples of Kenyan birth certificates in use around Aug. 4, 1961, the date of Obama's birth, showing differences from the Taitz document.
But I thought that the document shown was more of a birth certification than a birth certificate, and therefore it would be different. Sure would love to see that Book and Page number.
